It's not on our official skill list... so you shouldn't be using it at all unless you've gotten approval for a demon that happens to know it naturally (and, generally speaking, we prefer Persona versions of demons to ones like Strange Journey editions whenever possible). Demons completely ignore our power-level based restrictions when their skillsets are taken from the games; they have what they have.

can we select from the options of what they have from different games, or is it completely from one game?

Also, do they get all of the skills they would normally have, can they have skills that could be inherited, or is it just the innate skills.

It should be completely from one game. No inherited skills, but it's okay to have the skills they'd learn by growth. We did have a sort of growth thing for Summoners, but by this point, that doesn't really matter much. rofl
