LadyShirahime93 Gregar828 To anyone who has been waiting on me for something, I'M SORRY! gonk Yesterday was so hectic that I fell asleep at 8 pm and woke up this morning at 10:30 A.M., then I had to visit a college all day, then a thunderstorm made me have to pull the internet out of the wall, so..........I havent been able to be active.
Zane texted me about that thunderstorm. xD

It's a technique that I created and had approved, that's going to be my characters "Signature" move, That as I go up in rank, will get stronger, after I learn the jutsu again; but at the post requirement for the class, effectively, Improving my Signature move.

Well considering it's your signature move, I believe the following applies:Rule #7 from the Custom Jutsu Thread Anyone can create custom jutsus here, but you must be at least chuunin level before you can learn jutsus unique to your character.
