Hmm. Cloud was inactive when I tried to start its uplifting. It's not that I was inactive, but that there was really no one else in the village who tried to BE active. :/ I was RPing elsewhere, being I had nothing to do.

Cobra let me know what I can do for the new guild... I have all my important stuff on WoW done so I can focuse more energy onto the new guild.
