How do we know that it is not frogs and chickens that taste like humam? Perhaps consuming the human has influenced the flavour of the consumers themselves.

Because humans have a dry and rubbery texture when being consumed with little or no preparation. Frogs are slimy and nasty. And chickens have feathers.
