Planing on making him the ulitmate taijutsuist. However, he is a Bounty hunter class (Who will permantly be in taijutsu) so he learns stuff in half the time.

it currently requires you be a Mokuton user. And is in desperate need of a revamp. I have the current clan head working on the revamp, but no idea when that will come out.
And dont use the rule system to d that, 1 the class is BS. 2 it does what happened with dizzle. You get an optimized character, forcing others to get optimized characters. If you dont optimize, you cant win. and some people dont WANT to optimize, they simply want to enjoy the story of RP.

Chiru clan
Name: Chiru Clan
Description: The Chiru clan has three divisions. The highest division is the leading branch with their flower of Sakura blossoms, it is the largest, the middle division holds the Plum blossoms they are respectively the second largest, and finally is the lower division with the flowers of a pear tree and the smallest group.
Due to a gene defect nearly every girl is infertile. A fertile female in the clan is known as The Mother and has some form of marking on their face, typically are circles and pink in color. The markings are birthmarks and represent the female's fertility. The oldest of the high division is known as the Queen Mother. When it comes down to the divisions a member is placed by their flower, typically a child of two parents from the same division will bring forth a child of that division. However when the child is of a different flower they are moved to their respective branch once they are a genin. At the age of sixteen the female becomes eligible to carry children.
Common physical traits of the Chiru clan are:
Light colored hair
Dark eyes
Pale skin
Large Chakra Reserves
Ability: Sakidasu “To begin blooming”
Allows the user to transform their body or parts of their body, and anything else on their body (Except for other people), into flower petals for short spans of time. The petals however are covered with razor chakra edges.
Time Limits:
Genin can hold the form for 10 seconds.
Chunin can hold the form for 20 seconds.
Jonin can hold the form for 40 seconds.
High Jonin can hold the form for one minute.
Sanin can hold the form for a minute and a half.
Kage can hold the form for two and a half minutes.
For ever ten seconds held the user must wait thirty seconds before using chakra again.
These rules excluded Kaika Manako, however the user must rest for five minutes and may not use chakra for two minutes after the five. Then cannot use Kaika Manako for rest of the day.
Because of these rules, users must constantly be aware of time and always calculating.
Jutsu-
D rank:
Habbiraki “Half Bloom” Turns a part of the body into petals, the user typically has a specific part in which they use. With this they can control the petals to move forward at the opponent to attack with razor edged petals before returning to the body.
C rank:
Mankai “Full Bloom” The user can turn the entire body into petals then attack the opponent. Also used as a means of moving over a small amount of distance
Kaika Manako “Blooming Eye”
Turns a single eye into an entire pear flower. Used with a wind technique for scanning.
B rank:
Nidozaki “Second Blooming”
Once at least a single part of the body has become petals the user is able to cause the petals to essentially explode into tinier petals and send out a blast of chakra razors. Immediately after doing so the petals must return to the body.
Kei no Kaika “Whip of Blooming”
The user is able to turn an arm into petals but keep them nearly attatched still. With this the user can attack the opponent close range with the whip like petal/arm
A rank:
Jinku no Hana “Lively Dance of Flowers” Taijustu style incorporating the fluid movement of dance with precision use of the Habbiraki move on the hands. The user uses chakra enhanced speed to hit the opponent at vital spots with their hands. Right before the hand makes contact with the opponent the user transforms the appendage into petals with the use of Habbiraki.

Yuuga no Sakura "Grace of Cherry Blossoms" Used by members of the Cherry Blossom branch, increases speed by twofold.
Rikou no Baika "Wisdom of Plum Blossoms" Used by members of the Plum Blossom branch, increases accuracy by twofold.
Kekki no Pea "Vigor of Pear Blossoms" Used by members of the Pear Blossom branch, increases ammount of blossoms by twofold.
Weaknesses:
If signifacant damage is done while the user is in petal form, the user will become injured. Ex: While arm is transformed the opponet attacks the cloud of petals leaving a wound on the user's arm. OR. While using Kaika Manako the petal eye is discovered and ripped apart, effectively destroying the user's eye.

Optimized character? lol, he wont be anywhere near that. He'd just be great at what he does. Which is taijutsu. you cant expect a taijutsu class Not to be good at taijutsu or else he'd be fail. he cant use or counter genjutsu in anyway, except maybe kai at a later date, but i'll probably forget to learn it. so he has a major weakness. and his ninjutsu will be lacking.
