It didn't look like it did. It was like the ShinShoRyuKen, I thought, dealing massive damage if somehow landed alone, but severely nerfed if comboed. It still wasn't bad, but yeah, not worth the size of the bar especially when SA2 wasnt THAT much harder to use.

We have a bunch of international students from Africa. Not sure what all countries, but I've heard at least two or three distinctly different African languages, and one variation of French Creole from the Carribeans.
