In other news, I was wondering. I saw something called Ultra Freila. What is that? What is the variable extremes? What would the skill power be?(Low, medium, High, Very high)

Ultra Freila is part of a special set of spells in Persona 2, along with ones like Atomic Bufula and Dynamic Agilao. These spells are special because they have a power level that's mainly determined by spreading rumors in-game and varies based on certain factors.
