Neoshin would take the cake and be trapped in his branches but as soon as he was he would smile and open his eyes wide as he would use his complete skills in chakra control to use a outburst of chakra that would force the branches to break loose and unravel him. This would be a technuiqe used in all hyuuga clan members that was created by the one and only Neji hyuuga. With a vast expansion of thier chakra abilites a hyuuga is able to send all their chakra throughout their body and make a invisible expansion outside their body pushing back or breaking apart anything holding them down or coming close to them that is only used in certain situations.

With this Neoshin would break out of the branches and enter the signature stance used in jyuken creating a greenish ying yang under him. With Pains bieng slowed down to Neoshin's increased brain compacity he would be able to use a superior movement going under Pains arm and the rasengan ducking the jutsu completely he would keep Pains arm up by going against his arm pit and elbow with his shoulder immiediatly forceing his right hand in a pointing position using his middle and index fingers stabbing Pain into the middle of his chest using his secret technuiqe called the Eight Trigrams Merciful Shock Wave.

This technuiqe would strike his opponent's Ryugan point bieng a accupressure point located in the chest. In effect it would cause Pains entire body to become like a mass of bare nerves all over getting effect in every chakra point. In the end result the attack causes extreme pain to his joints and bones with the slightest touch of anything he moves along whether its walking, using taijutsu and even breathing. Even his chakra system being molded to perform a ninjustu would cause problems in the digestive tract doing unknown damage to his organs. This would be the end for him in Neoshin's thoughts.

Neoshin looks around as he is trapped within the stomatch, but he would not panic as he had a plan. Using the first gate he was into already he would cross his arms again and go further into the next stage increasing his power and speed once more but takeing himself no further making his limit to The Second Gate known as the Gate of Rest. "Daimi Kyumon....KAI!" Using it he would releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making his body become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight had just started. A teal colored chakra aura would outline his body as he performed it making it successfull and very effective. Neo's muscles would strengthen as his own chakra would replemish. Now nothing would get passed him as long as he was back up to speed. Using his recovered strength Neoshin would take his arms and grab the stomatch fat stretching it out himself and kicking upward using a frost blast to freeze the top of the stomatch and break through it easily using his fist landing on a branch above looking directly at Pain seeing him clearly with his Byakugan "Your in for it now. This fight will not end so quickly for your benefit. It has only gotten started my friend."

(( Well techincally he did'nt have any ice jutsu's, plus I froze it and then broke it, Itachi had to burn his way threw through it ))

Neoshin would smirk and clutch his fist seeing Pains increase of strength as a challenge "Well then, you would'nt mind takeing me on in a taijutsu show down of true speed and power then?" Neoshin would cross his arms and stare blankly at Pain feeling his blood boil once more making his body ready for what may come if his opponent was man enough to accept his request.

"Thats true I am, but sense your the more skilled shinobi in jutsu's, you have a better chance of defeating me. You have more chakra than I do meaning more stamina is within you then me. But this way you have given me your weakness..... Now I will defeat using that very weakness, prepare yourself." Neoshin would uncross his arms and smile getting into a gouken stance as he would lift up his right hand and challenge Pain once more before he would attack.

Neoshin would'nt wait any longer. As he would still remain in second gate Neo would spring off at Pain directly takeing the air "Konoha!!!" His leg would go backward behind him as he made his reversed spin getting ready to unleash the powerfull wind based kick.

a swarm of bats flutter to the fight and they go over the two fighting and izzy falls out of the swarm and perches herself neatly and watches the fight fit for her,

Pain notices Neoshins kaiten technique and uses his flying thunder god technique to reappear back on the tree branch and looks up noticeing Izzy's precense but ignores her and goes through some hand signs and says "frost armor" and creates ice all around his fists and feet and then goes through a few more hand signs and says "water dragon missle" creating 2 water dragons from the left over water that was used in his drowning malestrom technique and has them shoot straight past Neoshin and then turn around and come back down on him at full speeed and force as Pain himself jumps into the air directly behind the water dragons getting ready to use his glacier spittler taijutsu right after he water dragons hit Neoshin

after seeing Neoshin smile as he looked up at the water dragons Pain gets a confused look on his face and uses his flying thunder god technique to get out from behind the water dragons and onto a nearby tree thinking that this could be a possible trap and has his water dragons come down on Neoshin at full force and hopeully having them smash right into Neoshin and end the battle
