Kagome Riley As Namine walked she spots a female Trophius. She gets all quiet and chooses Ember. Flamethrower! Ember hurls fire towards the Trophius and it hits. The Trophius falls down and gets back up and uses razor leaf. Ember gets it and waits for its trainer but she's really mad. CHARRRR! Use flamethrower! Ember hurled a HUGE amont of fire towards Trophius and it hits directly. Go pokeball! Trophius has been caught!Would you like to give her a name?

Elvenria Ooc: Aww...hope you feel better now! And I typed out a six-paragraph post yesterday, no exaggeration. And guess what? "Error: Invalid Mode Specified" -kicks- Anyway, typing it out again today. And now I'm smart enough to type one paragraph at a time and edit it -_____- This is the Level 7 female Houndour. I just can't find anywhere to put it on my writing. By the way, I'm working on entrance lines where Faith will use a particular phrase to bring her Pokemon into battle rather than a boring old "Go ____!" Therefore, things may be a little rocky right now! Bic: "Thanks Nurse Joy!" Faith cheerily left the Pokemon Centre, her Pokemon fully rejuvenated and one level stronger. She smiled happily and half danced down the road, wondering what sort of Pokemon she would catch next. She became aware that the trees littering the grassy plains were becoming more densely populated, and a hundredfold of shrubs sprouted on both sides of the well-worn trail. Suddenly, she halted. Someone...some thing was tracking her; following her every step, watching her every move. Instinctively she reached a hand to the line of Pokeballs set neatly around her, her fingertips playing along them before selecting one and closing over the clasp that secured the Pokeball to the thin, barely visible belt that snaked around her waist. Then, in one swift movement a shadow emerged from the shrubbery, a low growl escaping the velvet muzzle. Powerful muscle and sinew flexed as the phantom glided over the terrain. Silver claw and ivory fang gleamed menacingly, the razor tips accented by the midday sun. Faith released the clasp around one of her Pokeballs with a faint click. "Light in the shadow of darkness, the truth in a web of lies. Come forth, Wish.....prayer from the forsaken soul of Eterna." A single Pokeball spun high into the air, exposing a flash of light that bathed the countryside in a rich cloak of crimson. Moments later, the radiant luster rapidly descended, and a fire horse appeared on land, head bowed. The last of the luster diminished, then flickered out. Wish raised her head and her ruby eyes flickered to life. She reared, her shrill whinny echoing across the vast terrain. She has matured, Faith observed silently. All for the best. The wild Pokemon stepped regally into the light. The sun's rays rippled over its ebony hide and it bared its teeth, emitting a second, louder growl. Faith looked at Wish, who was warily eyeing the wild creature. Wish eventually pawed the ground and tossed her fiery head, then blew a ring of smoke around Faith. The wild Pokemon blew a stream of fire at Wish in a powerful Flamethrower; this caught her off guard, but only powered her further as her Flash Fire played its role. Wish snorted and sent an equally powerful Flamethrower in return, striking the foe's unguarded chest and sending it back a few steps. Angrily, the Dark Pokemon winced and tried again with Flamethrower. Wish took the full brunt of the attack, using it to her advantage as her firepower soared. She let loose a blazing torrent of flame, using the weak moment to buck and strike her opponent with diamon hooves at lightning speed. The wild Pokemon howled and staggered backwards, panting in pain and fury. It then dove forward and bit Wish firmly on the left hind leg, apparently having grasped the concept that fire did not work. Wish wheeled around with a squeal and kicked out, catching her attacker squarely on the side of the head. Hard. The unfortunate Pokemon crashed into the trunk of an ancient oak tree, where it slumped to the ground. Straining with effort, it fought to rise, legs shaking with every contraction and expansion of battered muscle. It limped bravely back to the battlefield, whereupon it collapsed, breathing heavily. Wish stood over the fallen Pokemon, apparently trying to decide whether to deliver a final blow or leave it. "That's enough, Wish. Return," Faith spoke for the first time during the battle, and Wish snorted in annoyance before withdrawing to her Pokeball. Faith almost never spoke during a wild battle when using a trained Pokemon; it was only during trainer battles or difficulties that she needed to intervene. She knew the joy of freedom, and felt her Pokemon should experience it, even when unable to roam as a wild creature. Faith walked over and gently knelt next to the worn-out creature that lay on the ground before her. She stroked it, knowing full well that it was too tired to care. "She really packed it hard, didn't she?" Faith commented, more to herself than the Pokemon. "I guess defense and agility will be next...." her voice trailed off, and she reached for an empty Pokeball on her waist. She held it for the Pokemon to sniff, then gently pressed the back of it to the Pokemon's hide. No reaction. "Alright then. Come on in....Crisis." The tip of the Pokeball was depressed against the raven pelt, and the Dark Pokemon disappeared quietly in a stream of vermilion aura. The Pokeball tilted from side to side gently, like a blade of grass blown by a budding breeze. Then, all was still. Ooc: Goodness, it's long eek Did anyone even bother reading this? Houndour has been caught!Would you like to give her a name?
