Kiba sent Shino a look, then grabbed Kankuros hand to stop him. "I never said that, so come with us. Please. Besides, it's been awhile since I've gone surfing so I, um, might need some help." Which is a total lie; Kiba was actually a good surfer, but he wanted Kankuro to come that much. "It's free beach and anyone can go if they want to, right?"
Neji turned to Shino when he started talking, then stood from his seat. "I don't know, I'm rather pissed at you right now, Shino, but I'll think about it. I know the place you're talking about, so just go and have fun with that brat." Making sure he had his wallet this time and in his pocket, he sent Kiba a glare before leaving the bar again.
((gotta run to the post office, be back in 10-15 min! hope you're all still on!))

Shino sighed rather sadly bowing his head in defeat and cringed slightly when he called Kiba a 'brat', he wanted Neji to go. Only to get back at Kiba that is. Well there's still a chance he might go... I guess all I can do is hope he does... He turned to Kiba glaring at him before leaving and dragging Kiba with him out of the bar as well with a pissed off look on his face that could kill if possible. Once Kankuro was out of sight he spoke with a voice so mixed up you couldn't tell if he was mad or depressed. "What hell was up with that Kiba?!" Tears unwillingly came to the edges of his eyes as he waited for a response.

Kankuro let out a shaky sigh. Rubbing his eyes for a moment, he left the bar, completely avoiding Kiba and Shino, and disappeared outside. He headed to the beach, early. When Shino and Kiba came, he'd leave, and then there'd be no worries.
Once getting to his destination, he rented a board with the rest of the money he had. Setting his towel down on some rocks, he didn't care if it got stolen or not, and just headed out. A few good waves would almost literally wash away any negative emotions he had right then.

Kiba yanked his arm away. "What was what? That friend of yours is just an a*****e, how should I know what's going on. If you're talking about Kankuro...then what's your problem? I thought you said you didn't care if he went surfing with us, then you act like that!" He crossed his arms over his chest and looked away from Shino. "You've been acting different since we've come here."
When Shino had grabbed Kibas arm, he had dropped Akamaru. The little dog followed the other boy out of the hotel and down the beach, running along the edge of the water and barking to get Kankuros attention.

"You know what I'm talking about Kiba! You were looking him up and down! I saw you!" At this time his tears streamed down his face like rivers as he screamed at him. "You like him don't you...? What does he have that I don't Kiba...?" His voice softened now, as he knew Kiba would try to deny it all. "I might as well go back to Neji... Ever since I confessed my feelings, all you seem to want to do is stay away from me and hang around with Kankuro... Maybe I shouldn't have even told you..." he started to walk away when his glasses fell to the ground as he walked away, showing his blood shot eyes and red cheeks.

Kankuro looked towards the beach in mid-wave and spotted Akamaru. Blinking, he lost his concentration and wound up under the wave. Swimming back to shore, he coughed a bit and looked to the pup that caused him to wipe-out. "What? You want to surf, too? Where's Kiba?" he reached out a hand to pet the dog, the rented board next to him as he shifted to sit in the sand.

"It's...it's not like that, Shino!" Kiba called after him, his cheeks burning. He noticed me looking...s**t, does that mean Kankuro noticed too?! "Dammit, I don't know what the hell's going on alright?" he followed after Shino, picking his glasses up off the floor as he passed. "But if you want to go back to that p***k, then be my guest. Forgive me for not going fast enough for you." he then threw Shinos glasses down the hall at him and headed the opposite direction. It was then that he noticed Akamaru was missing.

Akamaru gave another bark, then tried to get at Kankuros face to lick it. He wiggled around in the boys lap for a moment before stopping to look at him, head tilted to one side. "Arf?"

Shino stopped in his tracks realizing his mistake. I have to fix this... I don't want Neji... I don't want him... I don't... "I don't want him!" Turning slowly, he looked to see Kiba still leaving him behind. With no more energy left in him he leaned against the wall and slid down it until he was sitting on the floor, face down and tears dripping on the floor while he started to fall asleep to take away his throbbing headache. What have I done...?

Kiba heard Shino call out, but ignored it, he was too angry now. He went back into the bar to look for Akamaru, already having an idea where the little pup had run off too. Deciding that a walk on the beach would help calm him down anyway, he left the hotel to retreive his pup.

As Neji was heading back to his room after aimlessly wandering around the hotel, he spotted Shino half asleep on the floor. He gave a sigh, then went over and pulled the boy to his feet. "You're a mess, Shino. You need to pull yourself together or you won't be getting any tips tonight at work." Neji slid his arm around Shino so he wouldn't fall and slowly made his way to Shinos room, or the room that was his before he moved in with Kiba.

Kankuro gave a weak chuckle as he pushed Akamaru away a bit so he wouldn't get cleaned. "Alright. Let's see if we can catch a decent wave." he shifted and stood up again, setting the board in the water as he waded in, and then waited for Akamaru to get on. Once the canine was on, he paddled out.

"Neji... will you stay with me tonight...?" His voice was shaky and soft as he held onto him tightly trying to fight back more tears. "Please forgive me... I don't want you to be mad at me anymore, and I don't want to sleep alone tonight..." It's only one night... Besides... Kiba's too busy with Kankuro to have time for me... I wonder whatever happened to making me smile... "Please Neji..." He pleaded burying his face into his shoulder. I feel so pathetic... so weak... I wonder if that's what a broken heart feels like...
