^_^ it's funny when after a few month of not being on here you come back and see something totally ridiculous.

he... most definitely wasn't the most amazing boyfriend smile

So I'm going to ask this and kinda turn this thread a tiny bit serious.

Have you ever felt the urge to tell a family member that your Bi and be opened to them but feel like you can't trust anyone?

Thats how I am. Only two super close friends know (and now you guys I guess) but I just have this urge to tell it to ANYONE in my family but It doesn't feel comfortable knowing my family.

Any advice or comments?

I don't trust most of my family members because even if they'd be ok with it i know they'd discuss it with other people. If you want to tell a family member know that you can trust them to keep your secret as long as you want them to and to respect you and your decision.

if you don't feel comfortable, don't do it.

Hello, all. Newbie in the guild. X3

My name's Ace, and I've known that I'm bisexual now for about... a year and a half now. It's definitely been a learning experience, but in a good way. ^^ I've been dating a lovely girl for the past ten months, and we're very happy together.

So... is anybody still alive in this thread?

I know, really. Like most of the threads in this guild, it seems, are sort of...dead. Makes me sad. Like I came too late. I hope it's still strong enough. This is my favorite guild. I love it here...and most people on here don't even know me well yet. sad

Hey, I'm new here too. You can call me Ellie. 4laugh I hope this thread/guild isn't dead, I really like this guild. I'm bi and lean toward girls too. Eek but my parents just found this out yesterday, which was slightly awkward (more than slightly actually) because they talked to me and told them they had seen me making out with a girl in my room (which I had been but I didn't think they saw). An oops on my part. But at least it's out in the open now.

Yep. I'm more towards guys, but I'm definitely not opposed to goin out with a nice girl, I just haven't ever had a gf before. So I guess to be politically correct, I'm bi-curious. If the nicest, most wonderful person in the world was a girl, I'd have no reservations. Yeah, I'll totally friend request you guys then. We keeps it going!

well i'm a Military member (soon not to be, thank goodness) and it's conflicting that i make all the gay jokes, and what not, have a beautiful fiance that is 6000 miles east of me. Yet i still want to find compassion and comfort when ever possible(with either gender) . What is wrong with me? why am i a fraud?
PostPosted: Mon Jun 30, 2008 10:26 am

ugh. don't even get me started on the military's 'don't ask don't tell' policy. i'll rant into the next page.

but even though i've never dated a girl (partcially thanks to my closed minded parents) i have kissed girls before, so i don't think i'm bi-curios, just bi! some days i like guys more, then the next i like girls more, so maybe i will meet a really awesome girl on my 'guy day' and not be totally into her, but on my 'girl day' i'll totally love her. i'm weird like that!

a few nights ago, i had a dream that i got preggerz with quints...scared the s**t out of me!

I have the same thing going with the varying from day to day. I don't necessarily choose to like boys are girls on any given day, it just happens.

Uhm...I dunno if I would count as "bisexual" because I really don't know yet, but I'ma join this anyway, 'cause it seems like a broad topic where people can actually talk.
I mean, I guess technically I would be bi-curious, going both ways (wondering about both guys and girls) 'cause I've never been in a relationship or done anything with anyone of either gender... but I'm not attracted to girls any less than I am to guys, naturally at least (I think I just payed attention more when I crushed on guys 'cause that's what everyone talked about and expected) Really, I'm not looking for anything, but I think I'd be as likely to accept a girI as a guy, so I think I qualify as some type of bi-something. The only problem is, I don't really know any bi or lesbian girls near my age; there are a few in my school I've heard about, but I've never actually talked to them, and anyway they're all older. Most of my female acquaintances have made it blatantly obvious that they are into guys, guys, guys. So I have no way of finding out, lest I manage to miraculously start meeting a bunch of new people and happen to find one or more that like girls. :/
Anyway, I like you people. biggrin

(That just makes me think of that really annoying song "Do you believe in love after love". UGH, hate Celion Dion. Or however you spell her name.)

Whoo hoo! I'm glad to hear that you like us here. biggrin Thats what were here for, for people to like us and to help people.

That's also what I went though a lot when I was finding things out. All my friends were obsessed with boy's and I never really had any crushes in High School. But then it was just thinking ' I should keep my options open, both look good. It's just a matter of the person themselves.' Or that was my conclusion.
