I can finally put my Grand little ol' scheme into effect....
My best friend's girlfriend is heading out to college, and He and I are going to get a bunch of friends together and take her to the state fair for a big Going Away Party. I've had this planned for about six months now, and it will soon go accordingly, I hope. That's why I'm in a uber happy mood.
