All was well now, her body was back and better and her babies were healthy. Her only problem, she was fighting between sleep and spending time with her infants.
A proud smile adorned her face as she just talked to her babies telling them how much she loved them and how wonderful they were between singing to them.
Roxane was knocked out, curled against her mother and peacefully dreaming.

Asher smiled as he scooped his little girl up and wrapped her tigheter in her blanket. He settled her into the first crib, brushing a small kiss to her forehead. He repeated with the boys, only to hold them longer before he kissed them and went to curl up with their mommy. She needed rest....

Rin wouldn't have it, not yet. "Asher, we need to get up and change the sheets first." She knew she had to get as much sleep as she could get, who knew how long her babies would let her sleep.
She started to get up, sore with good reason.

"In that case," he murmured, scooping her up and settling her in another seat before he left for clean sheets and swiftly changed the bed, settling Rin back on and curling up with her, after taking the dirty sheets from the room.

Rin, now resting on clean sheets, happily fell asleep curled up with Asher. Unsure of how much sleep she was actually going to get, she was going to make it count by taking every second she got.

It couldn't have been no more then an hour or two later when the first of the morning like wake up calls occured. This one by Nathanial.
Asher stirred from his sleepand sleepily crawled over to the borrowed crib to pluck his newborn son from it and cradle him close. If this kept up then they needed to invest in a larger bed.

Not long after, Roxane's cries came ringing out, shrilling that she was hungry again and wanted attention. As with normal infants, her mind was only on 'me' and 'my'. Knowing what she wanted, and not getting it fast enough, she cried more.
Rin woke up, sitting and shaking her head, with her hand lightly touching her forehead. "This is going to be a fun few weeks." came her light grumble as she started to get up, with two of her children crying, the other was likely to start and they were probably all hungry. If there were not three of them, and if she was not sure they were hungry, she'd be so tempted to just try to go back to sleep and leave it up to Asher.
No, she couldn't do that, instead she was going to help but doing the feeding, the one thing she alone could do unless bottles were made up.

Until they could get bottles. Nathanial was simply wanting a snack and showed it but suckling on daddy's finger, wrapping his fingers of his other hand around daddy's shirt.
Jean continued sleeping, neither hungry or wanting to be held...just sleep.
Asher scooped his daughter up and came over. "Which one first?" Deciding Roxane should be first, given her crying, she was handed off to mom first.

Rin smiled, thankful their little Jean was still asleep, she'd get concerned if he did not eat for a day, but as of yet she look the reprieve his calmness gave with joy.
Taking the crying baby girl in her arms, she thought nothing of baring herself and holding her daughter so that she could feed. One hand supported the child and the other stroked her cheek and little arm.
Roxane loved the closeness and touch that came with feeding from her mother and happily suckled away filling herself with a cute sort of greediness.

Nathanial managed to suckle dad's fingers until he fell back to sleep, snuggled close to his father.
Asher bounced him a little, watching their daughter eat. "She's going to be a little troublemaker." He murmured.
Jean yawned softly in his sleep, curling back up.

Roxane finished eating and started to fall asleep before her mother changed her position. She was still comfortable and started to fall asleep, smiling at her father as her eyes drifted shut.
Rin stroked her child's hair and looked to her mate, "What makes you say that?" Their daughter was such an angel, what would give him the idea that she'd be a trouble maker? Yawning herself, she just rocked her baby, and tried not to rock herself to sleep while she was at it.

"Just a thought.. I could be wrong." He settled down with their son who yawned again. He stroked the boy's cheek, smiling a little. Asher kissed Rin softly. "I'm sorry...I shouldn't be so judgemental already..." He just had that feeling. "So how do we want to discipline?"

Rin reached out, stroking the cheek of their son and then their daughter. "You should probably tell her that, not me, even if she doesn't understand it." Her tail twitched a bit, it did greatly bother her that her mate was judging their daughter when she was less then a day old. It truly worried her that their child would not even get a chance, or be judged harsher. However, rather then fight she put her faith in Asher, and metaphorically sharpened her claws for later.
"I don't believe in punishment, otherwise known as hurting to prove a point. I want to teach our children right from wrong by talking to them, explaining why they are in trouble and correcting them." Lightly smoothing Roxane's hair, she smiled softly at her child and kissing mate lightly on the cheek, still not happy with him about judging Roxane.
Roxane was smarter then her mother thought, she understood that something was said about her and it caused her mother to get upset at her father. Of course, in her infant mind, she decided that she was not accepted, and one way or another, it had to be solved. Looking at her father, her eyes watered up, an odd mix of a misty sleepy look that the emotional baby was just able to pull off.

Asher kissed her cheek softly. "I would not intentionally hurt our children. But what will you do if they continue to bite? I can't bite them..."
He glanced to Roxane and kissed her forehead, quietly to her apoloigizing for judging her so soon.

Rin smiled to him, she heard him out before answering, "If they bite, then we first have to figure out if they need to because they are part vampire. As babies they don't understand what their doing, if we can't verbally correct them, then I am comfortable with time out, but never using force or threats. I don't believe you would harm them, I trust you unquestionably but saying it does not hurt." Stroking her daughter in her arms, she also reached out for their son in Asher's arms.
Roxane gave a dimpled smile, recognizing that at least her father did not dislike her. She was then able to drift off to sleep.
Rin stood up and reluctantly placed her daughter back into her crib. With a kiss on her forehead and stroking her hair lightly, Rin then moved to Jean and did the same with him not wanting to exclude him at all.
