UN: You've just got way too many colors in there.. there are whites and reds and yellows and oranges and blues and it's just.. insane. x_x It looks incredibly colored, and your hair most definetly takes away from the rest of your avatar, because it's hard not to notice..
So.. hmm.. personally, I would.. try to even things out. Cut it down to several colors- perhaps blue, yellow, and black. Get rid of those pants, as they have random bits of red that make your avvy look tacky.. and.. I dunno. I'd look into some different hair, or at least something to tone it down a bit, like a hat. 4/10
Naaro: XD I like your avvy, it looks classy, but it just needs a tiny bit of something interesting to make it unique. I dunno what.. but a little something.. like... a bow or a bit of clothing that's kind of shocking or.. you know, something like that. Just to make you more noticeable. ^^; 7.5/10

Good, but the OMG Hat and Butterfly Wings clash with the rest of the outfit. 7/10.

Maniac Bullet: I don't like it too much.. I think your other one looked better.. the 70's shirt and the Torque Pants.. This one looks incomplete.. and I've only seen one avi where I like those pants.. That'd be Sgt. Baker.. Wait, I take that back.. Kedian had those pants too. But, its rare to find something good.. It just looks incomplete.. and you said yourself that it was. 5/10
Naaro: I rather like your avatar. I like that classy look.. I just think it looks good on anything. I don't like that gold watch too much though.. I suppose a silver one could be a bit better.. It'd blend in a bit better. Other than that, it looks really good.. What shoes are those? I'm just currious.. 8.5/10
Tea: Hate the Cig. Hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it! Can't stand it.. Just cause you have an OMG, it looks decent. Other than that, I don't much like your mix of clothes.. They look decent, but I just don't like it.. 1/10 Without the Cig, 6/10
Usagi: With a quick glance, it looks pretty good.. I kind of like how your hair and the Solar Stuff has the same color.. or close to it (Why do people say Colour?) The other Solar Stuff, and the Angel Stuff have the same color.. which is pretty cool. I do like it overall, but it looks too active on your chest I think.. I don't much like that.. If you had your guitar on.. It'd look better I think.. My opinion.. 7/10

Looks to thin. Needs a pose or something to make it look non thing. It's hard to get what I mean there, but yeah.
Still needs a bit more color. Try mixing a bit more pink or qhite in to have a bit more consistancy throughout your avatar.
Also, the mantilla looks wierd with the bunny ears. Perhaps a different mantilla version?

I felt like I needed to have less red. It looked like a volacno exploded on me and I was full of red. so I attempted to add a bit more variety in color with the OMFG.
