Wow...I missed one heck of a discussion...but I am very pleased and moved that everyone here last night took the chance to help Ryugai(sp?) with his troubles.
I can sympathize with him, I was very close to the same way he is, oh...about seven years ago. Its not easy, and its not fun...but I'm here to tell you that it will get better if you just be honest with yourself. Ryugai, (can I just call you Ryu?) it takes a lot of guts to talk with other people about your troubles and I was glad to see that all these great people helped you at least feel better about the whole thing. The only thing I can think of to add is that there is light at the end of the tunnel, it just takes effort to get there. True, you may fall down countless times in your quest to reach that light, and you can either sit and mope(sp?) about it or get up and keep pressing forward.
And now that, that has been said...I see that you got your plugsuit last night, sybrid. It looks great! (See? You didn't get nekkid for nothing! I even have pictures to remember the occasion biggrin wink )

I'm still not sure I won't take Yuri up on that a**-kicking... I have this great cardboard tube that someone was going to throw out that I took... It does look like you could beat the crap out of someone with it as it's pretty thick (about a quarter of an inch of cardboard). But I've never gotten to use it as everyone always goes "The Tube Is Civilization" before I can bring it to bear down upon their soft bellies. I have to thank Penny Arcade for being the encouragement my impulsiveness needed to grab it... The Tube Is Civilization, indeed.

In conclusion, I'm changing the subject. So, what genres of music does everyone listen to? Looking at the most played songs in my music collection, I appear to listen primarily to "Electronic", "Symphonic Rock", "Trance", "Rock", and "JPop/Rock", which isn't particularly surprising to me.
