"If I wanted to do that, I would have simply shot you and your guard. But that would get me nowhere."
He got off the frightened imperial and hauled the bothan up by his facial hair. "Know this Admiral. I am no supporter of Overlord Ordo or his cronies. Their very existance is a stain on the history of the Mando'ade, and as such are Dar'manda: No longer mandalorians. Are you following?"
Mandalore shook the Bothan to run this question home.

Borill's eyes widened as his hair stood further on end, "They're pretenders? Is that what you're saying?"

The Mandolorian sighed, "Damn them."

"But he has Mandalore, doesn't that suggest he is a Mandalorian." Borill shut his mouth as he suddenly realized that the Mandalorian's were tensing, they're hands fingering their weapons. "If he's a pretender how did he get Mandalore?"

((I'll speak for my own NPCs. Thanks though))
"Mandalorians have no use for conquest or land. Ordo and his followers have forgotten that. They took hold of the homeplanet's Government and MandalMotors for material gain. Now they have allied with a Chiss warlord to further their reach. And there is only so much I will stand for from a power hungry fool like him."
Mandalore continued to glare darkly at the bothan, his dislike of the tpic at hand readily apparent.

Borill shook his head, "If thats true and he's a splinter group how does he have so many followers? Our reports say that he has over forty combat starships and thousands of men in arms."

"He's been recruiting non mando into his ranks, offering them money and territory. And that is the worst perversion of all, that this band of thugs he has hired dare call themselves Mando'ade."
Mandalore glanced back to wedge who shook his head. No one was comming yet.
"Rear Admiral. I have a proposition for you." Mandalore stated. "Ordo's thirst for conquest must be dealt with, but I will not have you and your heavy handed Empire lay siege to Mandalore. We, the True Mandalorians, will provide aid to you and your forces as you persue this Kenet. In return, you will deliver Mandalore to me and recognize my soveregnty over the whole of the Mandalore Sector."

(Yeah, no godmodding. You can't tell me I've been recruiting thugs and mercs. I've been RPing the Mandalorian Council for at least three or four posts. Gonna tell me they're a bunch of fakes too?)

Borill glanced between the three warriors, stunned. The Mandalorians were offering him assistance?! Still, he wasn't in any position to negotiate such a deal, he didn't have the authority. Glancing at the masked soldiers he realized that they'd known that too but were just as unwilling to deal with some politician, they were warriors after all. "I can't make any guarantees, a decision of that magnitude is beyond my authority... But I'll certainly fight for your sovereignty. All you want is to be left alone I take it."

((Your RPing of the Mandalorians has portrayed them as something they're not. We're merely correcting the error. The Mandalorians aren't intrested in territory or wealth. They want simply to live the way they want. You've included elements of the Mandalorian culture that were removed from this era during a war. What you've been RPing is the Mandalorian Deathwatch... the splinter group that was cast out during the first Mandalorian Civil War, not real mandos.))

((Mandos dont have a council. And this is Mandalore's opinion of your forces. He cant imagine why real mandos would join Ordo's crusade of Conquest.))

"Good. Make sure your superiors understand our terms. Or instead of fighting with you, we'll be fighting against you."
With that, Mandalore let the bothan go and the trio made their way out the window, vanishing from sight before they hit the ground.

((This is the reason I don't like people infringing on Mandalorians. They don't do it well. I've had to correct errors before. Eg, Drako's gang in CotGCW being the Shadow Blade splinter group. Cale is basically my wingman in this RP, and if he feels that you're misrepresenting something, as a Grand Admiral, this is his right. ))

((Now you're just being stubborn. There is no reason that you two shouldn't play both sides. That being said, I think we can officially take Mandalore the Immortal off as an NPC and just make him a character. You can do the same EK.))

A Lone Bantha stood hobbled near a low mesa, one of the few rock formations that stood in the Dune Sea. It rumbled irritably and nervously as it shifted about, trying to undo the sturdy chain that wrapped around it's legs. It stamped its foot and gave a low bellow as it tried to call for assistance, clearly unhappy about its situation.

Up on the Mesa, the Tuskens watched through their rifle scopes, lying down on the edge of the formation as they waited for the monster. The previous day they had heard the beast's roar from somewhere near the mesa, and so Ghk'ik believed that this was their best chance to bait the beast.
Five hours of waiting had yet to show signs of fruition.

Link admired the patience of the sandpeople. They were truly in their element, The master hunters of the Tatooine ouback. He had only seen them move perhaps twice in the last five hours, never uttering a single sound.
If he couldnt sense their life force, he would have thought them to be dead.

Link was no less patient. Years of hard training and mental discipline had given him a nigh limitless amount of patience. He was sure that he and the Tuskens had the same thought on their minds: The Monster was near, and it could not long ignore the sound of a trapped bantha.

It would come.
It was inevitable.

And so like stones the hunting party sat, watching the bait in their trap as the suns moved ponderously through the burning sky.

(( Everyone's got Mandalorian pals nowadays... * looks over at Angel's outcast Mando buddy * Heheh. I'm purposely going with a no-name thing, btw, in case anyone's wondering why he's always just been " the Mandalorian. " ))

What happens when the crew of the Heaven's Fury have a little on-board party and the few female members decide to put on a show? Some guy ends up spiking Angel's drink in hopes she'll get drunk enough to be talked into putting on a skimpy dancer getup and strut her stuff. Fortunately, the Mandalorian made sure nobody took advantage of her beyond that. He saw his help wasn't needed after she sobered up rather quickly, the spiked drink apparently not being very potent, and gave a hard kick to the face of the guy who did it.
