I am going to start playing to alto. Is it hard? I am going to teach myself. I already play the clarinet.

Get a harness maybe? build your chops up and work out maybe? It's a pretty damn heavy instrument to march with especially if yur doing it in a parade.

I know this is kinda random, but does anyone know much about working with quarter tones? I'm just starting to explore them myself, and I'm looking for hints. I know a lot of it has to do with your personal instrument, but any help would be great. sweatdrop

Which, I mihgt say, I just got a brand new Kenleworth [[thats might be wrong! I am about 300 miles from my sax right nowTT.TT]] and his name is Terry. I LOVES HIM!<3
