Syngey *Tilting her head a look of confusion passed over her face. She didn't seem to quite understand what kind of business this was.* I'm sorry, this is probably a stupid question but what other room would the people be in? If this is the main tavern, what else is there? *Following Rhode's pointing she looks over to the man named Aykon, she was indeed right in thinking he worked here. Next she looked over in the direction of the lady named Nikki; Synge hadn't seen her walk in when she did so she was a little surprised to see her. Listening to Rhodes explanation about her working in the hospital also surprised her; there was a hospital here?* "Well there are rooms for rent, there's the foutain, the sea cliffs, and yes there is an infimary for those 'just in cases.'

"It's a very nice place here and if you need anything don't hesitate to ask, but if you will excuse me I need to get the laundry."
*goes into the other room and takes out the laundry then heads up to the hospital.*

*Nodding to Rhodes as she walked away Synge was so far very pleased with everything she had seen here. Turning around to face the bar she rested her elbows on the counter and placed her chin in her hands. For the most part she kept her gaze fixed on the counter seeming to be lost in thought, but every few moments she would sneak a quick glance over in the blue-haired man's direction curiously. Her mood was a happy one.*

Zophlin blushed and waved his apologies to Aykon, something he seemed to be doing more of lately
So sorry about that Aykon, with all the rush that went on earlier I just completely forgot. I'll try not to be so forgetful the next time.
Turning his attention back Spike he holds his hand a little tighter as he tries to pull away.
Now now, a few seconds a go you were stroking my hand, was the feeling so unpleasant that you've had such a quick change of heart?
Spinning around quickly Zophlin stopped right then and there in the middle of the room, he's eyes staring back into Spike's as he waited for a reply.

For a while it seems Ksi is fixated on his tome, but then he starts to get the feeling that someone is watching him. Looking up and over, he notices Syngey’s gaze. He then gives her a warm smile, before returning to his book. After a couple of minutes of slowly and meticulously writing, he makes a perplexed expression. Sitting the pen down, he scratches the back of his head, is if pondering something intently. Then he puts his hands behind his head and leans back a bit.
“Hmm…”

Armion_Tarnidas *Armion grins widly.* I was thinking Bartender had a nice ring to it. Well, being the bartender is pretty good but I haven't actually seen you work at the bar. What would be best is to take a few drink requests from the patrons and see how well you fill them. As my bartender, it is both about accuracy and style. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~becca~fae~ Red again found herself being dragged around by Zophlin, and for the first time realized how calloused his hands felt, which made her wonder what he did for a living. Instinctively her thumb began rubbing the outisde of his hand feeling the skin. Her human form did lend some pleasant advantages as opposed to her normal form. The top of his hand was smoother then his palm but still a little rough to the touch. This really gave her pause as Zophlin didn't striker her as the outdoors type. At least not so much outdoors as his hands seemed to indicate. However, her face paled when they reached the top of the stairs and started to decend. She was suppose to be a man, and just really realized that she was hild the hand of another man. Now usually this wouldn't be such a problem, but she didn't know how these people felt about such things, nor did she want to give the wrong impression. She began trying to pull her hand away as they reached the bottom of the stairs. Um, Zoph, I think you should let my hand go, I'm not a baby, and I don't really need you pulling me around like one. And this is a little to much guy bonding for me. Zoph! Spike has requested you unhand him. I highly suggest you do so or this will turn into a matter of security. Unhand him and do it now please. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ksi As he sits there with his hands bridged in front of him, his eyes slowly shift from left to right, but he doesn’t move his head. He then closes his eyes for a moment, and lets his awareness sweep throughout the room. Afterwards, he takes another sip of his sake, and then pulls out an ancient looking tome and sets it down on the counter in front of him. Browsing through it for a moment, he then pulls out a pen, which looks like a quill, and then begins to write in it. Aykon is the closest to him, so if he looks down at the book, he’ll notice weird diagrams and some ancient text that he can’t quite understand. What he may find even more surprising is the fact that he actually can understand about fifteen percent of it, but unfortunately that’s not enough to decipher what it’s all about. Red turned to Aykon and shoke her head, she was glad he was willing to help, but she wanted to do this on her own, if things got that bad that he needed to step in then she wasn't fit to even try and confront Bahamut.

Turning back to Zophlin she stopped trying to pull away and sighed, just staring back at him.
I was wondering about your hands, they seem to bely a life that you don't look to have actually led. That is why I was rubbing them, it was nothing more then that.
Zophlin had pushed her back into half lies again, she had been rubbing his hands for more reason then that, but none of which she would tel him.

Syngey *Hearing her name clearly she turns her attention to the speaker. Smiling she listens to his words, nodding when he has finished. She thought to herself that this man was very kind.*It seems very nice here. I will certainly let you know if I need anything...*Pausing for a moment before continuing, she smiles.*...Actually, a glass of water would be wonderful. If that is alright?

Picking up his pen, he taps the side of it on the counter in thought for a second, and then makes a couple of last minute additions to the open page, before returning the items to the safety of his coat. With a slight sigh, he takes another drink of his sake, and then leans forward on the bar. Aykon ((Lots of other people have posted without giving me a chance to reply in time but since Aykon was not addressed I don't really need to respond to all of the posts so I will just make my next post. But in the future I would request that we don't go any more than a post or two between us all so that I have time to respond)) (Yeah, you know, like 7 pages of posts. Let's try to avoid that.
