Do skills even activate if the unit is defeated? If not, then I won't get stunned anyway, but idgaf even if I do.

Is it possible for me to sell my two second seals during my downtime/outage of the boardgame in order for me to gain enough gold to cover the come-back-in fee? (On that note, would my stat increase from the Energy Ring I got from the RNG game apply for this bg or take effect after?) Cuz I do want to get back in the game, I just don't have the 5k. I have 2823 and if I sold my two second seals that's...I think 2500 more? Which would bring me up to 5323, enough to cover the 5k.

Talked it over with the boardgame committee. Upon defeat, the player either intends on rejoining the game, or accepts defeat. If a player intends on rejoining a game, the guild office, arena, and Eyris shopping district are closed to them. However, the player is allowed to sell items when rejoining.
As the guild office is closed to characters currently in games (including currently defeated ones who intend on rejoining), anything won in the RNG giveaway will not be accessible to that character until the game is over.
Selling your two second seals (1250gx2) would indeed give you 2500g to give you enough. When you make your post to join back in, as Ziaram did, include that you are selling those two items so that its on record. It wouldn't make sense for the items to be sold at the Eyris shopping district, since it's closed off to you.

I don't know if either of you are planning to move with Vika or a different space, but I do like someone to be on Space 58 and possibly Space 60. Reason for that is because we need to built a wall not only for the front but also the side to block the wyverns from flying over the mountain.

Alright, since the RNG game's ending soon and all, and Rath said to make a note of everything I'm gonna be donating and using/consuming and all that, I'm putting this here for reference that will take effect after Game 5's end since Shinon's part of the game and has no access to the guild storage and all rn.
Items/things Won:
Second Seal x2
Imbue Scroll
Energy Ring
1000 Gold
Brave Bow
Goddess Icon
Notes:
Upon Game 5's end, Shinon will be donating his Vulnerary from his personal storage to the Guild storage to make room for the items he's gained from the game.
-He's trading his Imbue Scroll to Kowsauni for their Future Sight scroll. Will immediately use it and add Future Sight to his equipped skills.
-He will use the Energy Ring to boost his str +2
-He will use the Goddess Icon to boost his Luck +2
-Without factoring in the reward gold for Game 5 (in case he is defeated again and cannot rejoin), he will have a total of 1323 gold (the 323 he currently will have upon rejoining Game 5 after the 5k fee deduction and selling the 2 second seals he has on his person, plus the 1000 gold from the RNG game)
-After all is said and done: He should have in his personal storage: 1 Iron Bow, 1 Silver Bow, 2 Second Seals, and a Brave Bow. Future Sight added to his Equipped Skills, +2 to his Str and Luck added to his stats, and 1000 gold added into his total amount.
I have added all of these notes to his profile in the guild office both so I won't forget and for the GM to overview.
