Deranged Hero Also, congrats Byakko... though I suppose it isn't the most happiest of circumstances. I wish you luck with the guild, and if you need help, don't be afraid to call on me. Thanks. I will definitely be needing tons of help.

I'm sorry. It's been almost a year since I've said anything in the guild forums. Part of that was lack of internet. Part of that was being inactive on Gaia. And then the rest is because I just don't do a whole lot of Elder Scrolls stuff anymore. sad
But, I mean, what good are excuses? I still feel bad for leaving without much of a word about it. I guess I have some reading to do if I want to become active. I feel pretty lost coming back.

I just haven't been doing anything Elder Scrolls related, so it's been hard to find a reason to pop in and say something, you know? I've been doing various other things, like Homestuck and more recently I've been watching Doctor Who. I actually haven't been playing all too many games. -coughplusIspendwaytoomuchtimewithmygirlfriendcough-

Well at least you guys answered when the call was put out. That's appreciated. To be honest I haven't been doing too-too much TES related... Well apart from FINALLY GETTING DAGGERFALL TO WORK! emotion_dealwithit It is so full of retro nineties that it made me feel prepubescent again... I luff it! emotion_kirakira

Last time I did play Skyrim though, I finally figured out how bows work. It felt so different from Oblivion that I never got the hang of it until then.
I decided to see when the next season of My Little Pony starts and it's not until winter at least. sad

I always tell myself I'll go and play Arena and Daggerfall, I just haven't had a big motivation for it. Maybe it's something I should do.

My last play through of Skyrim I decided to use bows(and crossbows, which I've now stuck with). I played a little with bows when I played it on Xbox 360 originally but aiming is so bad on consoles.

It seemed so much more predictable where the arrow would end up in Oblivion. Maybe Oblivion didn't have the whole bow weight consideration that Skyrim has.

I found that the aiming was pretty accurate in Skyrim, and I don't have much trouble hitting anything... then again, I've used the crossbow a lot. I guess it all comes with practice, figuring out where to aim in consideration of the arrow drop(which would be different between games) and what not. I never used bows that much in Oblivion though.

Came here as the original liaison from a friendly guild, the Scars of Oblivion. Was the leader there while the alliance was formed. And shortly thereafter, I dropped off gaia.
Now, I am hardly active except for a Solo RP I am involved in with a friend, so I do apol;ogize for my absence.
