Kurou's face reddened slightly at Script's comment. He hadn't known the kid had heard it while they were at the village gate. He made a noise that was almost a growl until his sensei spoke.

He smirked at Kira-sensei's threat. "I'm not sure I've recovered from our last session. I'm still feeling a bit tender in areas. I will attempt to behave myself."

Kurou then walked up to the new arrival, face still flush. He held out his hand, not handshake style but more gentlemanly. "My name's Kurou. It's a pleasure to meet you." He paused a moment. "You don't seem much younger than me though I'm sorry I don't recognize you from the Academy."

Kazin stood back up and walked over towards Shiso, and gave a respectable bow. "It's nice to meet you Shiso, my name is Kazin Hyuga. Since your here, this gives me a chance to run ahead." Kazin turned and looked at Aigyou. "I need to go ahead and take care of my business in the Leaf, then I can catch up with you guys.

Kazin nodded at each one of them individually before jumping into the trees and taking off towards the leaf village. Kazin made a extremely brisk pace towards the leaf village, as he still had no idea what was to come. Kazin Picked up his normal travel pace, which was just barely enough for his shoe to hit the branch before he pushed off and traveled to another branch.

It took him a little while, but Kazin finally reached the outskirts of what used to be the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Kazin's mouth dropped slightly as his eyes were filled with the sight of complete annihilation of what used to be a proud and distinguished village, that shadowed most of the other villages. Kazin slowed down, and walked through the front gates.

Kurou studied Shiso closely and wondered what was with this girl. Maybe it was being on the road too long but Kurou was starting to get a bit restless and frustrated. Perhaps it was the adrenaline from the previous embarrassment fading from his system...

This girl seemed rather meek for being a Cloud Ninja, though her style of dress was a startling contrast. At first he was intrigued but now it seemed to annoy him. It aggravated him when girls dressed sexily and then acted coy about it when someone noticed. He didn't want any one so weak willed putting his life in danger, especially not dressed like that. First he gets stuck with a spastic kid with a weasel, then a hard-a** Jounin and now a meek little girl. URGH! Kazin seemed to be the only one he could relate to.

He didn't notice when his facial expression changed after Shiso described how she looked back in the Academy.

"Brush head?! That was you?! HAH!" expunged from his mouth. He just stared down at her. "NO WAY you could the same girl. That girl was far too arrogant and uptight to be as meek as you are." He walked away holding his sides laughing to himself.

It was then Kazin spoke up and took off through the trees. "Hey man! What the hell? Running off without us.. a**!" He turned and kicked the dirt putting a little chakra in it to blow debris a few yards with his wind element. He threw up his hand and made a rude gesture. "Let's see if you Byakugan can see this."

Gah! Why were they taking so long. The Leaf will be be rebuilt or burnt to the ground by the time they get there at this pace. "Script's right. We should get moving already."

Kurou was taken aback by Shiso's change in attitude. He had let his mouth override his brain yet again. It was getting to be a bad habit of his. He'd always had trouble keeping his opinions to himself in the Academy and now here he is on a mission and he went and pissed off a teammate and ally.

He had really struck a nerve. Now he really didn't know what to think of this girl. Acting? "What the HELL?" Why is she acting, especially around her village mates.
Things always seemed more complicated when he didn't keep his mouth in check.

Kurou sighed deeply as Shiso walked off. He would apologize... Or not.. maybe. Alright dammit he would! Later.

For now Kurou smacked his palms into his face and rubbed vigorously at his eyes, shaking his head back and forth. Frustration oozing from every pore of his body, mouth curled up in a sneer. A few growls, exasperations, and expletives later he pulled them away and let his eyes readjust. When the lights and colors were gone, so was Shiso. He ran his hands up into his deep red mohawk and tugged at his locks in frustration. Crouching down, hands still gripping his hair he shouted "I want out of this damn forest! I'm suffocating here!"

He stood up and exhaled deeply. "Screw this. I'm following Kazin."
With that he took off running. He lept into the trees and barely touched the branches as he sped through the forest toward where he had last seen Kazin go.

Still leaning against his tree Script sighed when his team had a breakdown that caused Kazin to leave. He laughed a bit and stood to his feet. "Well Haruki, lets get out of here. The leaf isn't too far away apparently."

Haruki curled himself up safely in Script's tool pouch, ready for the initial leap from the ground. "We're right behind you Kazin!"

The rest of the journey came and went without conversation. Even when the sun set and rose there was almost no words between the two of them. Only when the border of the Stone Village had come and gone did she speak again,

"The location of our agent is nearby- try not to screw this up. I'm not picking anything up, but the Otokage's agent's are not that easy to pick up. They are probably laying in wait to jump your scrawny a**."

It was only now that Tatsuya could really reflect on everything that had happened in the short time since he left the headquarters. In that short amount of time he had managed to meet a man that he would have seen himself following, and met up with Shuniji again; the latter resulting in what Tatsuya believed to be the start of an actual friendship between himself and the older shinobi. However, the more and more he thought about what happened the more and more troubled he became when he couldn't remember much of what happened after he met Saru and before Shuniji decided to start a new life. It was obvious his burns had something to do with the incident but the boy was having some degree of difficulty remembering exactly what happened, which made the lonely journey back home that much more draining, hopefully he would be able to find out exactly what happened.
