"Nice job, Shade!" Baylor shouted.
Shadow, reacting with lightning reflexes, slashed at Shade, tearing through the Shroud of Shadows and his arm. "Don't mess with me..." He said, grabbing the Yang Yo-yo back.
((Baylor: Shadow, don't you think that's a little bit...
Shadow: Shut it. At least I didn't cut his arm OFF...
Baylor: But you just destroyed the Shroud of Shadows...
Shadow: ... ))

"Oh-no!" Kiktyo said, watching the shroud tear. "Dojo, PLEASE tell me there is a way to fix the shroud?! PLEASE!!!"

"NOBODY SHREDS MY SHROUD! SHADOW..." Shade roared in blind fury, pulling his fist back. He threw it forward with the speed of a freight train, shadow energy pulsing from his fist and the Ring of Darkness.
"PULSE! RING OF DARKNESS!" He finished, and a pulse of shadow energy would knock Shadow back while the blast for the Ring would send the Yo Yo out of his hand. There was a chance the ring would miss, but then Shade could just open the arena.

Shadow was hit with the darkness energy and it indeed sent him flying back. However, he had held the Yang Yo-yo in front of him, figuring that if he couldn't have it, NO ONE could. The koala was sent flying back as well. Fortunately, it wasn't in the direction of the blast nor was it underneath Shadow when he got hit, which successfully kept it from being too injured.
Baylor could only stand where he was, his thoughts tearing him apart. He didn't know whether to cheer for Shade, his teammate, or Shadow, his only brother. Although Shade was a team mate, he was kind of mean to Baylor before. On the other hand, although Shadow was his brother, he had beaten the crap out of Baylor and attempted to kill him. He just sighed in anguish and slight depression.
Meanwhile, back at the temple...
"So, who's winning?" Chamo asked.
"I'm not sure..." replied Pix.

Even in blind rage, Shade was smart enough to use the Lotus Twister to grab the Yo Yo as his opponent went flying.
"How about a little challenge. Something called, oh what was it now?" He said in mock forgetfullness.
"Oh yes, that's right. A Xiaolin Showdown. My Ring of Darkness vs your..." Shade just then remembered he had no idea what wu the other man had. They couldn't showdown if the other person didn't have any Wu.
But the Ring's arena could fix everything if that came to be.

"Well, since I don't currently have any Wu with me I'll need to borrow..." Shadow began to dash towards Baylor but suddenly stopped. The koala had come waddling back with the Kuzusu Atom and the Longi Kite, apparently stealing it from Baylor.
"Huh?! What the hell!?" Baylor realized the koala had the Atom. He searched around and realized the koala jacked his Kuzusu Atom and the Longi Kite. "CRAP!!" Baylor's face flushed in both anger and embarassment.
"Well then... I'll wager the Longi Kite. At least if I lose, it won't be anything important..." Shadow said as he picked up the koala.

"Fine by me, for you cannot change your mind now. And the event is Skeet. Whoever hits the most targets wins." Shade said. He smiled evilly. He was a wizard at Skeet shooting. And since the ring would be his weapon, he couldn't possibly lose. He waited for the arena to form.

"Fine. Gong Yi Tempai!" Shadow said to start the showdown. With his dragonic arm, he couldn't lose at something so easy as hitting targets.

Shade smiled as the area transformed, the eight Skeet stations set up. He stood at station one, ready for it to send hte four disks flying. (You've never even heard of Skeet, have you?)

Kikyo looked at the koala.
"Ok...sneaky koala...atleast you still have the wand." she said to Baylor, a smile on her face.
Dojo put a claw on Kikyo's forehead.
"You feeling O.K?" he asked, looking at her with concern.
"No." Kikyo replied, now looking at Dojo with a tired expression. "What ever gave you that idea, Dojo?"
((K: ... I wonder what gave him the hint....The paranas or maybe the poisoned coffee...

Shadow did look slightly surprised, but remained his composure.

'Shade, if you lose, I'm gonna push you into the stake pit...' she said in her mind. Bob just chuckled. 'And you shut up...'
