Artemis looked down. "Fine, but DON'T kill me! I..I kinda like you Aura. It happened when I first came here with Einon. You are very beautiful and strong-willed and smart. And your presence was very soothing while I was healing. And I was gonna TRY and be nice and maybe see if something happened were we could hang out alone for a while and I could learn more about you. But then Alex came in and said his crap then you said you have no intention of kissing anyone or being with anyone or whatever. So before I can even say anything I got shot down. There is SOMETHING wrong with me if I'm draw to the people that want nothing to do with me." Picking his staff back up, he turned on his heel and left again.

Aura stared after him for a moment with wide eyes. Then a current swirl slashed between Artemis and escape. "Whoa," she said mildly. "I don't think so. You don't get to make a revelation like that and then walk away."
She sighed. "I said I have no intention of kissing anyone because I don't. I'm probably not the person you think I am, Artemis - I'm stubborn and high-strung and temperamental and arrogant about my magical talents; I don't mesh well with people. In short, I don't want to kiss anyone because that saves me from finding out that no one wants me." She shook her head. "There's nothing wrong with you. I just don't want to kiss anyone because I'm afraid. Okay?"

MinaKurasaki ((Thank you so much! I am going to try my best!)) Kendra shook a bit. "Thank you are you really here to help me kind gentle man you will help me to revenge my parents death?" She asked him this question really in a way unsure of what was coming her way she had no clue he was evil all she saw was a savior someone whom was here to save her.{lol wow} Lord Karshenak's eyes widened slightly and he said, "Yes I shall help you, and I shall teach you how to get revenge, but I wish one thing from you. You see, I am but a lonely old man, and have no companions in my life, if you could come with me I shall teach you dark magic to get your revenge, and in return, I only ask that you keep me company."

Maverick sent a scout to check out the troops training in the desert and report back to him a foothold would have to be made there soon Maverick would push outward from the desert towards his country and have Ivy push towards the desert from their current location the desert area would be his last front he knew better than to divide his troops completely

((Sorry I haven't posted sooner. And also I am gonna be 'spotty' with my online time over the next week or so with training for work. Terribly sorry))
Artemis was stopped in his tracks. "I wanted you the moment I saw you, Aura. But not in the weird 'be my girlfriend' way. I..I like that you are strong willed, stubborn, tempermental. Do you see me meshing with others? Seems everyone else is in pairs, either family or relationship. I never felt like a crowd follower or anything. But something about you...just feels right. Like you could teach me so much about me and hopefully I could teach you about softer sides that may be dormant under your power. I..I guess I just wanted a chance to get to know you. The REAL Aura, not the precise, stubborn girl but the beautiful lady you truely are.

((I am so sorry for not responding sooner because my net has been very slow these past days, and I kind of lost this rp topic sweatdrop ))
Kendra smiled slightly as she stood up, and looked at him some. "Thank you sir I want to learn the dark arts, and get my revenge on the men whom left me broken, and no parents left to me anymore, and I shall keep you company sir." She wanted her revenge because her parents were good people, and did not deserve death.

Karshenak smiled and placed a hand on the girl's shoulder comfortingly and said, "Very well, shall we head to my home?" He stood and conjured up a dimensional door that would lead to an extra-dimensional space that was designed to look like the home of a hermit.

Kendra hestiated at first but then she entered the portal. "I love your home Master I know I am going to like it here, and what is your name Master my name is Kendra." She sighed some as she looked at him some and thought some to herself.

The instant Aura smiled regretfully, she revealed that she had set some sort of verbal test for him with what she had said before. Whether he had passed it or not, her face didn't show. "But that is the real me, Artemis," she said quietly. "I'm not really a very good person. I just behave that way because I've never had the temptation to be anything else." A wry grin came across her face briefly. "I'd like to get to know you, Artemis, but I warn you that I don't have the unexplored depths that you seem to think I do." She spread her arms. "What you see is what you get."

((Sorry! My dad got this week off and I couldn't use the computer because of it. So since I missed so much, I will pretend she was asleep the whole time...
I may be able to sneak on Sunday or Monday. As far as I know, I will definitely be on Tuesday. By June 19 I should be able to get on Monday thru Friday, and possibly Saturdays.))
Sora's eyes had snapped open when she heard the explosion. The shock of hearing it had sent her flying to her feet, but only to fall off the roof. "Ow." She wobbled slightly as she stood, and walked in, dazed. After rubbing the sleep from her eyes she uttered, "I don't think I want to know," and sat on the chair.
Naomi scratched her forehead. "That was overwhelming..."
