"Thank you." Saturnos uttered as he finally got to walk into the room. There was Lady Nino, except it wasn't really her. It was... a completely different person who looked like Lady Nino after a street brawl. Her expression... it was empty, her color gone pale, her movements unrefined. Yet, he could tell that Lady Nino was still hidden somewhere inside that body, idle... But this means... she was rescued?
"... Who did this? What ails her?" You'd expect him to get all emotional, right? Not Saturnos. He could somehow show concern while wearing that god-awful straight face.

Sue heard the younger Soren's speech, shaking her head. "No... you can't go. If you go back, you'll be killed, I'm certain. There's no way out of this without one of us..."
The fear rang through her again... losing everything. FEF was now her tribe, but with Madriana and the morphs on a rampage, their friends left behind were probably not having a very merciful fate.
The nomad trooper shook her head. No time for those thoughts. She wasn't recognized by that Orion's bolt for nothing.
Her gaze shifted to Rhys. "I didn't mean to call you weak... I was just worried, that's all. I nearly... with my own bow... if I truly did that to my friends, I had no idea what I would do afterwards. You understand, right?"

Rhys looked up at Sue, puzzled now. "What do you mean? I have no clue what you're talking about. Did it have to do with last night?"

"You can't tell me you forgot last night! I almost shot you with Myulgre! All it would have taken is one shot..." Sue got a bit outside of her normal expressions of emotion, but she couldn't help it. "I remember seeing myself aim... but I couldn't stop it. I couldn't control my own movements. I don't understand why you're not furious with me, Rhys. I destroyed the only chance we had for peace with them. My father, Arya, Sain, Lilina, Heath... everyone... what do you think happened to them because of me?"

Nino had awakened from fainting, still on the floor. She didn't move. She just stared at the ceiling. With only one eye, of course.
Why? Why has this happened? What could I have done differently? If only... If only...

While Sue and Rhys argued, Saturnos approached Lady Nino and knelt next to her. He grabbed one of her hands and felt it for cuts and bruises, "Lady Nino, are you well? Can you stand?"

"I have to go back."
Soren glanced around somewhat reluctantly, noticing Nino was rousing and that Saturnos was in the room. Saturnos exhumed an aura unlike any beorc, laguz, manakete... It was rather foreign, but the hints of flame touched upon the fringes of his energy signature.
He ignored his speculations, for they were irrelevant to the situation. Soren gazed somewhat blankly at Rhys as though to ask why the priest seemed ill. He then glanced at the daughter of their vice captain and realized that her spirit had been restored, as opposed to how empty and lacking her shell had been back at the party.
"It's not your fault," Soren stated after listening to Sue. "Don't trouble yourself with such thoughts. Focus on the present and the future. Focus on your goals." He turned his eyes on the door and moved to depart the room. "I'm going back. I might convince them that I'm still on their side."

Rhys frowned. "Really? Oh, my..." I could've died, and would've known... "I honestly had no clue what you were attempting. I was too busy dancing with Madrianna to notice. And, um... if anything, I didn't think it was you who destroyed the peace. The peace was... broken both ways. Nobody's really at fault."

Nino looked at Saturnos. Her eye displayed fear, despair, and a certain hopelessness. "I could if I wanted, I guess."

"It's my fault." She said, turning her gaze back to the ceiling. "If I hadn't left the dungeon the party would have continued unhindered until... until... Perhaps she would not have..."

"Soren..." Sue listened to him for a moment, realizing that the mage tactician was probably right. Dwelling on the past would ceratainly get her nowhere.
"I guess... he's right. Not to me, but all of us. Nino, Rhys, Saturnos... none of this was anyone's fault. I don't know what made the morphs want to take us over... but we can't give up." The nomad trooper stated solemnly. "It's not what the others want. They... they believe in us. That's what I think."

Saturnos could read Lady Nino's expression like a book. Why was she so afraid? What did the Morphs do to her? Such an innocent girl... this shouldn't have been, "Fear not, Lady Nino. I am by your side for now and no harm shall come to you while my power can prevent it."

{Okay, Rhys! See you later! @Saturnos: And suddenly... "A Knight's Loyalty" plays as the background music! XDD}
"I'll keep a constant eye out for you... that's all I can do now, Nino... my Captain." Sue stated. "Anything comes this way that's our enemy... I will not hesitate."
