Unfortunately for Grinch, Nine stepped in his path and let out an agressive growl. "You cannot enter this part of my territory." She warned, her eyes glowing red. The inner reaches of the forest were exclusive to Nine, Luna, her teammates, and their guests. And Grinch was none of the above.
Nine paused Grinch's pounce with a disable attack, making the cubone glow with a blue light. Then, the owner of the forest flung the cubone back with a powerful psychic force out of the inner areas.
"Now to hunt down the other humans..."
"BluuBluu~" Chirper said contently, knowing that he was under the protection of his teammates. It was pretty useful sometimes.

((Posting this again since it didn't seem to go through. ))
Ridley felt the tug on his arm and saw the look on Liam's face, smothering a smirk. He nodded, heading off into a thicket where a Swablu might hide. "I was hoping you'd ask that," he said, and dragged him deep into the forest. He doubted if they called for anyone, did they happen to get lost, would anyone hear them from this close, dark place. He was unaware that Nine was bound to catch them no matter where they went.

Renekai was sleep walking... She had never done it before, but there you go. The problem was that she was headed to where Nine was now blocking the path. Renekai seemed to be dreaming about walking towards a giant cookie that tasted better than anything, and she was quite determined that she reach and eat it. It was very unfortunate. Renekai thought that Nine was a mean old security guard protecting the cookie (the sunglasses), but Renekai really wanted it. When Renekai made it to Nine, she continued walking forward, giving the guard the "I belong here, so mind your own business" tactic, acting like she knew what she was doing.
All the while, Renekai was muttering, "Cookie... Mind you... Mine... Mmmm... Chocolate... Snore..." Very, very unfortunate. Renekai was now right in front of Nine and still sleepwalking...
((I just had to stir up more trouble. 8D ))

Perking up at the flash of light, Abiba giggled as she saw Grinch go flying backwards. That must be where Chirper was hiding! She wanted to gogo! .......But she couldn't get there by herself, the trip would take too long!
"Pika.....PI!" The idea came popping up in her young minds. WINGS!
"CHA!" A poke into the thick purple wing.
A sleepy grumble was her answer as the wing shifted, an amber eye staring back into her bright green ones with question.
"Pikapi! Chu pi?"
The wings snapped closed again. Light snores started back up...Abiba had been denied a ride by her teammate. That is...until a light snort came from the bottom of the tree. Scampering over, Abiba stared down into calm eyes of Aman. He too had been curious about the noise.
With a light sqee, Abiba jumped down and landed on the Stantlers' back. Together, the twosome trotted towards the noise...

 Grinch eyes widen as he was ambushed by a ninetales. Before he could do anything, he was disabled and frozen in place before flung several yards away and into a truck of a tree and slid down.
Kayla witnessed Grinch's flight back into a tree and cried out in alarm. "Grinch!" She forgotten about the glasses for the moment to see if her pokemon was alright. "You okay buddy?"
Grinch struggled to get up but nodded stiffly. "Cuuuu~bone." His eyes looked up at Kayla worried that she would be upset that he didn't manage to get close enough.
Smiling weakly. "It's okay boy. We will get it back somehow." Looking back at where the swablu was, if that was the welcome they would get if they tried to enter it again, it would be difficult to get her glasses back.
Adira troted to a halt by her trainer as she scanned the forest for the swablu. Spotting it, her eyes became fixed for it but didn't leave her trainer as Kayla tried to think of a plan that didn't get them thrown back out again.

Nine looked at Renekai with annoyance. Why were these trainers festering her inner gardens? The ninetales ran up to Renekai and irontailed the trainer away into the sky, hopefully she landed somewhere soft near the camp.
Nine then sniffed her way towards Kayla. The black ninetales gave a loud growl of warning that clearly rang "go away!"

Chirper, seeing her teammate distressed, had a brilliant idea. "Bluuuu~" He shouted, his eyes glowing and creating a strong safeguard around the inner garden. Now the trainers would never get him.
"Bluu, Swa Bluuuuuuu~"

Adira went into a defensive pose when she saw Nine approach her trainer and started to growl bascially saying 'Back off, I am warning you!'
Kayla looked up from Grinch, who sitting in her lap as he was catching his breath to look at the ninetales, who she reconigized as one of Luna's pokemon, Nine. "Aww, come on, Nine! We meant no harm or steal anything. I just want my sunglasses back." Kayla got up slowly to not startle Nine to attack again. "I'll leave this area immediately, if you tell your teammate to give it back. Please!?"
Kayla was trying to get Nine to sympathize with her and help her get her sunglasses back but with Nine being so mad that people were in their territory, Kayla wasn't sure if she would help now.

"Wheeeee...." Renekai said sleepily, flying away from Nine and landing in her sleeping bag. Renekai was immobile, quietly trying to eat her pillow, having successfully caught the cookie. "Victory~" she mumbled. She continued to chew the pillow until she discovered that the cookie was a fake and a trap, and now Abiba was in a cage and the world was about to end, and Bell was trying to freeze the sky back together as it split apart, but it was too late, and Abiba was crying and--
"Whawhahuhuh?" Renekai said, sitting up and rubbing her eyes. "... What a wierd dream..." Renekai rolled over and was asleep.

 The muffled sounds from the inner garden were enough to wake the dead in Cassadaine's opinion, which meant they wouldn't have much trouble finding the swablu. Jogging lightly behind Astrel, she was just in time to see the black ninetails irontail a trainer. Now that...was one grumpy pokemon.
Astrel's tail fluffed further and he chittered loudly staring at the ninetails though wisely stayed at his trainer's side.(( 8D So I can get closer since I have ASTREL?! ))

Stepping towards the small gathering was a proud but calm looking Stantler with a small Pikachu riding on his back, bright green eyes curiously staring at the trainers.
With a toss of his head, the Stantler approached the angry Ninetales but stopped at a semi-good distance away. He snorted and tossed his head, pawing at the ground and bowing slightly to the stronger pokemon. He displayed a willingness to obey any command handed to him by the stronger pokemon yet he also wished to know what was going on. The orbs glowing lightly on his antlers, he sent his gentle questioning over to Nine.
The Pikachu, in the meantime, had bounced off the Stantler and toddled over to the barrier, placing a paw on the barrier and trying to see through to the otherside. "CHu....."

Piney and Daybreak was fast asleep, but Era was awakened by some commotion outside. She was always the jumpy, jittery Pokemon of the group after all.
Peeking her head out of the tent, she listened to some trainers and Pokemon talking. And she thought she heard something like a person getting launching into air by a Pokemon attack. Believing that it was just her ears playing tricks on her, she was going to nestle up in the makeshift nest again before a glint caught her eyes.
Era fluttered over to the source of the light, and smacked into an invisible wall. She realized that it was someone's Safeguard move, but unfortunetly landed near the Ninetails that was guarding the place.
She got up and fluffed the dirt out of her feathers, emitting a peculiar chirping noise that sounded like an apology or a please-don't-hurt-me.

The ninetales ignored the cranidos, she did not label it as much of a threat. Nine thought about Kayla's plee and gave a small hmph, turning around and walking towards the inner forest where Chirper was near. Of course, if the trainer ran off anywhere WITHOUT her supervision, she would get iron tailed out just like Rene.
She sent a smale glare to the swablu that just ran into the safeguard attack. How foolish.
Arriving at the bush Chirper was in, Nine sent another glare at her teammate. "This girl wants her sunglasses back."
Chirper pouted. "But...shiny!"
Nine growled and Chirper retreated, knowing not to upset his teammate. The swablu held out the chewed over, dented sunglasses to Kayla with a talon. "Bluubluuu..."
