Stopping in her tracks Marie sees the sun setting. Noticing the wind blow but the trees' leaves aren't shacking. "It's a trap! Call all the men back now!" Marie starts running to the site and is screaming at the men saying, "It's a trap! Get out now!"

"Vlad they set this up, you need to leave. I can handle this myself. Go now!" Marie yelled at him, tears trembled down her cheeks.

"They want him. Why?! This doesn't have to be like before." Marie thought to herself. Hearing Vlad rushing behind her, she stops and looking back at him she said, "I will be alright! I promise! Now get out of here!" Marie mentally pushed Vlad back down the hill and made sure he didn't fall on the way.

Standing still in silence Marie waits to see if he's comming back up. After hearing nothing Marie darts off into the site's core. "Alright, I know you set this up. Now where are you? And why him?" Marie screamed out once she entered a closed off area.


A voice comming for many opf the shadows said, "My my, my dear Marie is that anyway to great your creater? Such a rude child!" Strinking Marie with one of his weapons, surprisingly to him she did not fall or react to the blade."What's this? Have you come here to prove something? Or are you looking to kill dear old dad?"

Mocking her and laughing at his remark, she knew that he was the leader. "So father is it?" Marie asked with a disdained voice and a calm figure.


Becoming angry with her he anwsered, "Fine then die!" And he disapeared along with the area around her.

Waiting for the pain yet feeling nothing marie realizes that it was all an illusion. Running as fast as she can back to Vlad she cried out, "This was a trick to separate us! Vlad!"

Bursting out of the ground infront of Vlad a giant man appered and said, "You are the one named Vlad are you not?" With a menichal smile He asked Vlad, "I'm quite sure you know of my Marie don't you? I can see it in your eyes. She's left her mark." Shouting into the sky he screamed, "Now! I have him!"
An ominious cloud began to form of creatures heading straight for the troups.


Seeing all this happen and not being fast enough Marie began to fly and went straight to the leader where Vlad was. "Vlad I'm comming! Fight him!" She screamed as loud as she could and drew her sword. Comming from up above Marie flew straight down aiming to stab and kill the leader. As soon as her sword reached one foot from the leader's head she was repelled away by a barrier. Falling backwards and skidding through the hard and rough ground Marie was slow to move.


"Ha that weakling." Looking at Vlad He rappped one arm aroud him and flew into the sky. "Let's go Vlad!" The leader laughed.

Laughing at Vlad's atempt to escape, the leader reached out for him and hung him in the air holding onto to his arm and crushing it. "You think these simple tricks can effect me? I am not a s simple minded as my lowers. Come Vlad people are waiting." The leader laughs as he continues to drag Vlad by his arm.


Standing up and taking out a dager Mare pricks her finger and starts a chant in her mind and shouts, "Release!" The blood on her dager hardens into millions of crystals and is hurled at the leader.


Some breaking through his barrier he begins to fall back with Vlad still in his grasp.


Marie flies behind them and follows them near the hole.

Slowing in her speed Marie stops and began to run to Vlad. Grabbing him Marie is frantic and asks, "Are you alright? Has he done anything to you yet?" She pays no attention to the heep of mud and dirt behind them.


Hearing the ground rumble beneath them, it birsts open. "I told you you can't hurt me with those simple tricks boy! And now I'm getting angry!" Grabbing Marie and throwing her aside, the leader grabs Vlad's wounded arm and gives him a small wound but big enough to use. "Now my Marie watch as he pays!" A single drop of blood reaches Vlad's wound.

Not being able to move her legs Marie yells to Vlad, "Do something! Kill him! Wound him! Something!" She screams in a panic and is laying there helpless on the side.
