Rallyhn looked at Judas "you can try.. and tell that robot that an EMP isnt gonna work, I built Death using hellmade component, an EMP will only tickle him at most if anything.. just aim for his throat"

Death's body finished forming, he was as tall as the building nearby and filled up the entire street with was now filled with various fluids from all the vehicles that melted into him. "time to die" his mouth opened and a cannon extended.

"Mind if I borrow this, thanks." James said taking the makeshift staff he had given Imerius. He ran his hand down it melting it into a pointed javeline. "I don't the best aim. throw it into his throat, I'll do the rest."

"This may hurt a bit." Judas said. The dead skin started peeling off Rallyhns arm, and was almost immediatly replaced by new skin."Now if you don't mind I need to help James." He said pulling out his pistol that he had been given for practice.

Matt aimed his gun at the core. he slowly pulled the trigger until... click. "Damn it I'm out of ammo. He holstered the gun, and created a rather large ice shard. "Who knows, it may do something." He said launching it towards the robots cannon.

Omni nodded. I understand. He pulled out an automatic rifle. and a pistol. " He technically is a weapon,so by law, you may now use this." He said tossing her the pistol.

((I figured Nym would want in on the ownage, also does this scene not remind anyone else of ghostbusters?))

Ana nodded and offered a gun to Imerius who shook his head preferring to take the word "fire" a bit more literally. He wasn't strong enough to be a full dragon, but his draconian form had enough fire to spare. The javelin lie forgotten at his side. Truth be told, Imerius never trained with throwing weapons either.

Ana opened up with every firearm she had on hand. She carelessly tossed aside the empty ones rather than reload.

Even Nym had step though her comfort zone and open fire with the borrowed pistol. She wasn't a good aim, but she didn't hit anybody else with her shots.

Death's body clanged and pinged with every bullet and attack until the javelin exploded and severed the neck, causing it to fall off from the rest of his body, beheading him.

Rallyhn walked over to the head "there's no sign of a soul, he's gone now..." He walked off down the street, telekenetically pulling his sword from the building. A burdon was lifted off his soulders now, but he still felt responisble for all those that Death killed.

James leaned against a nearby wall. "Told you the javelin would be a good idea." He said his adrenaline still pumping.

"We already made a treaty with them for today, breaking it would make Roma look bad." He said walking towards where the car was. He stopped suddenly. "Remember the car I blew up... That was ours." He said turning to the woman.

Judas walked to stand in the middle of the group. He too was tired from using his gift on Rallyhn. "Anyone need a quick heal?" He asked. He wouldn't be able to heal all of them completely, but he would try.

Matt walked over to Ana, and sat on the ground beside her. He lifted some water from the street and purified it. "Anyone need a drink?" He asked quietly not wanting to wake Ana.

"Hey it's not my fault that it happened to be the vehicle flying towards the hostile." He started backing away from the tool. "Blame the programing!" He said.

"Come on, wasn't your car worth saving the world?" He said not realizing that that may have actually been the case."And plus he was purple, I swear."

Ana's eyes snapped open. She pushed herself away from Imerius rather quickly. "I need to go. I'm needed." She dashed off leaving her discarded pistols."

Nymeria glowered. "I don't think that the government will be happy to replace my car. They might, and rightfully so, blame you entirely. I knew that thing was a bad egg from the minute I laid eyes on it. But did anyone care that the robot seemed badly programmed? No." She rambled on and on resigned to get back to the headquarters of foot.
