Atem heard a thud from the bedroom and snapped his head up, trying to figure out what the sound was from. "Don't do anything stupid." He warned Ember, before getting up and going to the room. Rei was unconscious on the ground, and Bakura was hugging himself around the middle and shivering violently. "s**t, did you hit her?" He didn't expect an answer, and didn't wait for one. Quickly Atem had gone over to Bakura, grabbing the man's wrists before he might try to lash out again.

A bruise was already forming on rei's head as well as a small dribble of blood running down her head.
Ember soon slowly crept out from under the table and headed into the kicthen. leting out a small little cry she started to rummage threw everything as if looking for somthing.

"No, no, let me go, let me go..." Bakura struggled to get out of the mummy's whithered hands, which were grabbing him all over. This thing was a pharaoh, but the only pharoahs he had seen were dead and stuffed in tombs. As he watched, Atem's features were already becoming that of a corpse. He had no eyes; just sunken hollows where they were supposed to be. It was hard work, but Atem did what he thought was right and managed to tie Bakura up. He had found some duct tape and bound his wrists together, along with his ankles. He unceremoniously left Bakura in the bedroom, attaching the thief's wrists to one of the bed posts. Atem also moved Rei out of there, wiping up the blood and sticking a bandage on her head just in case. When he felt that these things were taken care of, he remembered Ember and hurried to see what she was doing.

Ember was rushing aroun the kicthen throwing things around "Ahah!" she yelled out and grasped a steak knife luckly by the handle. In her eyes it was her heart still bloody and beating in her hands.it also had a sticky note with her name on it to ensure in was hearts. looking down she stabed the knife into her chest agian luckly the opiste side of her heart. to tripped out the feel the pain she continued to stab herself in the chest trying to put her 'heart' back in.

Atem let out a string of curse words that would make even Bakura proud, moving over to Ember as quickly as he could. He took the knife away from her, tossing it carelessly off to the side. "You're bleeding, you're bleeding, of ********..." He tried to stop the bleeding as best as he could, trying to remember what he was supposed to do in this kind of situation.

"It wont go back in...." she wined and reached out for her 'heart'. Soon she started to feel woozy from the blood "ohh....thewallslike me now..." she said falling foward "whhyy are we in alaska....I wanna see the penguins.." she said as her body trembled.

Atem caught Ember before she fell, and quickly got her to the ground. He went as fast as he could to the phone, where he dialed 911 and requested an ambulance.
[Skip to later, like whenever Rei wakes up (when Atem and Ember are gone) or when Ember is patched up?]

Hours later ember had calmed down in the hospital. atem had been smart enough to take the paper out so they thought she was halusionating from blood loss. Ember was comming out of her trip and was groaning softly in pain.
Rei hafd woke up a few hours later "ohhh my head...."

Bakura was still in the bedroom, sitting on the ground, his wrists still tied to the bedpost. He was silent, as he had been for hours now. Things were clearer now that he was coming down, and he didn't know what was wrong with him. He had gone completely insane, and still was. Everything looked so different, and he felt very different. He felt terrible, and still utterly scared. Closing his eyes, he let his forehead rest against the wall next to him, where he silently cried.
Atem had been too scared to leave Ember on her own, but had still tried calling Bakura's house to see if they were all right. Nobody had answered, and Atem was extremely worried. This was all his fault.

Hearing his crys rei looked up "Oh kura..." she said. Moving over She untied him and hugged him gently to her chest petting his head "bakura If you still have that paper in your mouth spit it out" she told him.
"uggh" ember groaned closing her eyes "that was so ******** up..." she muttered to herself.

"The... what? No, I don't have anything... Rei, I think something's wrong with me, all the colors are messed up and I don't know what's going on..." Bakura's voice was slightly hoarse as he struggled to get his emotions under control. "Oh! You're back?" Atem quickly got up, going to the side of the bed.

"Bakura listen. I promise you nothing is wrong.Listen the pharoh gave you a drug that make's you see and hear odd things.Nothing is wrong with you. Things will go back to normal soon." rei reasured him. "Everything is going to be ok." she said and held him gently rocking him to keep him calm.
"Yes" ember reached up slapping the pharoh "What the hell where you thinking?!"

"My hands are completely numb..." Bakura muttered. Atem had wrapped the tape tightly, actually cutting off blood circulation. He was still shivering, but was trying his best to get everything under control. He didn't like to show his weaknesses.
Atem looked utterly shocked that he had just been slapped by a woman. It took him a moment or two to react. "Well, I obviously didn't mean for you to have any! I just wanted it to be for Bakura! What was I thinking? Well, honestly, I just wanted to see Bakura loosen up. I don't know. I thought it might be funny to see Bakura tripping."

Ember slaped him agian "that was stupid!You could of really hurt him!"
Rei reacheddown and started to gently rub his hands helping to get the blood flow back in them.

Atem reeled backwards, one hand to his stinging cheek. "Me?! The only person that could be a danger to him was himself, as you proved with your knife incident!" Atem was careful and made sure he was out of Ember's slapping range. "But aside from what happened to you, nobody was really hurt, right? So no harm done!"
"You're treating me as though I were a child..." Bakura said in a slow voice, closing his eyes. Abruptly they snapped open again, and he made a violent twitching motion. "The children-- are they okay? Did you check on them?"
