Tails' heard turned between Blizz and Sub like an oscillating fan. This didn't sound like the sort of exchange in which he wanted to take part. But finally they got back to Tristen and that was what was interesting. And he nodded with Sub's overdue compliments.

As Tristen held the shard, there was something in his expression Tails recognized. He liked it? More than Blizz knew. There was a primal ecstasy there for just a moment, but Tails saw it. That was the drive that completely overrides the human senses.

"Hey Blizz," he said. "Isn't that kinda how I get when you take me to a volcano?"

"Zap...dos?" Tristen asked.

"Its one of the three legendary birds known to roam the regions, mostly around the Kanto region, Tristen. Just as Articuno is one, as well as Moltres is part of that trio." I said. "Though they have been known to be spotted as far north as Sinnoh, really." I said. I looked over towards Tails then gave it a bit of thought. "Don't know, really. You were pretty tame the last time we went to one."

I then looked back towards Tristen. "Give it another go, Tristen, if you are up for it. Though don't try to take it in as fast as you were just doing."

"I couldn't help it."

"Then help it. You need to be the one that has to make good use of it, not the other way around." I said.

"Good question. He's roaming around somewhere. Probably possessing the fridge again." I said. "Or the washing machine if he's up for a change of pace. I may need to get Froslass to go find him again."

"How sad would you be if you had no choice but to sit there and endure watching ones you loved grow old and pass on, watching your children born, grow up, have families of their own, having generations born and die without you seeming to age at all. See lifelong friends die. All while you barely age. So you tell me how sad you would be, Veronica." RC says as he recalls Shade. She was being beyond cruel.

That gave RC a moment of pause. She didn't have people like that? No wonder she didn't understand. "Apology accepted. " he says, looking at her, wondering what she would do or say next.

Veronica's smile then turned to a grin, "Say, how about a battle? I guess your pokemon will probably be stronger but maybe three on three?" And I wonder, do you have better things to do?

"Ack!? What the hell!?" Sub shouted as Leslie landed on him, beginning to flail around, trying to get whatever was on him, off, until he heard her speak. "Oh, I thought you were an Ariados or something...but you're just a little girl...close enough I suppose." He laughed. "What am I doing? The better question is why are you attacking people who are trying to enjoy a moment of peace, Leslie?"

"Trying to fly...I could help you with that." He said with a devious smirk. "As for what I am doing, I am training my Tyranitar here, Monstressor." He said, pointing to the beast hurling boulders.
