YourLittleNarrator Well ghost did give us a few broken weapons in our mission, so I'm sure this will be good a time as any for him teach us the system. neutral Sure, Craft system's fairly easy to understand. Don't use it xd . Find instead find a way around it. I tried to reform it a while ago, but people assured me that it was FAR to easy to use and therefore would make it simple for someone such as myself who posts a lot to take advantage of it and make god weapons. Therefore my reforms were turned down in favor of the current rather broken system, which assumes still that it's possible to have people with stats in the thousands and hundreds. The way around the system is to merely give an item a crafting DC that they must meet once. I.E. if you have some steel and make the craft DC with formula "1d20+craft+int" then you have made the item. The same was integrated in my recommendations for the bokken. However, neutral if you all want a better crafting system, then say the word. I'll be glad to try going up to bat for you again if you wish and reform it. The jutsu I made to serve a patch on it was partial fix anyway, so a total system reformat (now that's in my authority) might be in order.

Because right now there are a bunch of things you can do to it for flavor that increase the DC and post count needed, but they don't actually do anything.

Just a heads up as something I've noticed as you are training.
If your roll doesn't beat your DC ((Basically if you don't roll 10 or better, certain conditions extending.)) It counts as a fail and you don't get the success for your per 10 for that roll.
For example:
Say you are at 3/10
If you roll an 8, and your DC is 10 you fail the roll, therefore you have to roll again until you beat your DC to move to 4/10.
If that makes sense. Just thought I would give you a heads up now before it became a large issue later on during bigger, more important training.

Yeah, its kinda silly when your doing training like, "Do 10 push ups" Because you would expect that not to be an issue for ninja, but sadly it is how it is. Ghost is usually cool and will give you an NPC to give you bonus though so don't sweat it too much, just thought I would let you know because I know way back when Kira and Proto were pretty strict about that kinda stuff.

I think he's just confused. 3nodding I didn't notice what he was doing because he had lot's of high rolls and I've been swamped with preparing for....certain things. wink so I just read through his training lightly the first time and missed it. I don't actually think he's read the system, so we'll need to give him more help then I thought. confused

Very well. I will cook something up. Also you don't get a plus four to ALL training, just the one that the "wood cutter" showed up for. I'll let it pass for the one's you done so far, but go back and uncount rolls that were less that 6 from the successes. Also you may roll more than once at a time, but not train more than one thing at a time. You may put training on hold, but only if you were doing it with someone else, and off time (meaning you are on a mission and training (off RP time) meaning that it's not canon but you still get the results from it.) else-wise I would prefer you not. If you have ANY questions, please ask. You don't need to feel pressured to not ask if you don't understand something. It's what I'm here for.
