Green | We~ll. Entropy said we have to have visited a village in order to learn their skills. So I've been saving up training and posting in villages so I can make a massive update with the freedom of getting techniques from any village I want. >:3 I'll have an rp do that for every update since I rarely update.

Hedoro | I know it isn't an eternal thing. Once I update it all resets. So I plan on doing that with my rpc after each update. I believe it counts until after our we update with all of our training links.

Reaver, once there's a lull in activity, sure. Right now Tamao is still possessed by the Phoenix, so I think she's kind of in limbo until I hear otherwise. And Hedoro is getting drunk at the gala.

Obscure, please don't bring up the trite excuse of 'everyone else does it, so it must be okay'. You are smarter than that. Just because the rule is a bit fuzzy on just how it's handled, doesn't give people free reign to stomp all over it. Do people do it? Yes. Should they? No.

Forget what everyone else does, and just think about it. How in the world did your character learn Rasengan when they were in Gears. (I'll just stick with this same example, but there's thousands of different combinations.) Did you telepathically commune with Naruto while he was back in Leaf? Doubtful. Did you appear in two places at once? (Ignoring your made-up that lets you do that.) No. So why then, just because you were in Leaf before, does that mean you can learn stuff from Leaf even after you left? Ideally, the TC would be so much clearer if people did one village at a time. But ultimately, people are lazy, and they will combine training if possible. Lots of people do it, that doesn't make it right. It just means we need a clearer definition of the rule, as well as a stricter enforcement of it.

Now, I will admit, in the past, I'm sure I had done this very same act. I won't deny that. I'm not perfect. That doesn't mean that I can condone it. Especially when it's your umpteenth time of doing it. Enough is enough. Just use the words when you are in the village. Don't do the time warp, don't try to shift the blame onto other people. Just be responsible for your own actions, and realize that you are being rather excessive. If you can hammer out fifty thousand words in X days, that's fine. If you need to use them all in one huge chunk, that's fine, too. But if so, try to keep it to the one village, don't magically pull techniques from the four corners of the world, just because you visited those villages a month ago.

And also, just because nobody said anything, that doesn't mean that it's okay. After all, you've slipped up several times before because of misunderstandings. (Shared interactions...) Now, I'm not saying it's intentional, but you really should try to brush up on the rules, and stick to them. Don't try to push them into giving you a loophole. Just stick to them.

And this message does apply to anyone else who is doing this same action. Obscure just had the bad luck to call attention to her doing it in the OOC, where I could notice it. (I don't monitor the TC, but if it means rooting out this behavior, I might have to start...) Seriously, people, rules were not meant to be broken. They were set up to give everyone a fair chance, and to make things fun. Trying to finagle around them, that's kind of like spitting in Drago's face, saying his system isn't good enough for you.

I realize this may sound like a hard-assed rant, but really, I'm just trying to keep things fair. Fair, and sticking to the rules as they are meant to be, not as people can read them to be.

Alright, calling this down here... you can read and think about Hedoro's post to yourselves don't argue with it or comment on it, I don't care if it's positive or negative keep it inside I'm not going to have an argument start and if it does I'm locking the Out of Character for half an hour
