[Time skip for the sake of my failing mental self.]
"You what?" Marik looked at Ryou in complete shock. It had actually been about six months since the birth of his son, and Marik had been very, very careful. He made sure not to make his presence known to anybody in the group, even if that meant avoiding contact with his dear Bakura. Ryou had been his companion since then, and most of the time he just kept Ryou under complete mind control and left him sitting on the floor. "I don't get it. Why?" This was one of the times he let Ryou have complete control, in order for him to let the energy in his Millennium Rod recharge.
Ryou slowly lifted his head, giving Marik glare. Tears streaked his face. "I... want you to just kill me already... Please..." The boy's voice was just a murmur, and choked with emotion. "I... I don't want to live like this anymore. I'm not even living. Why can't you just let me go? Or at least give me something so that I can end this all myself. A-a knife, or rope, or..."
It was winter outside. Bakura had noticed the gradual weather change, and hated it with a passion. He tried his hardest to remain active and cheerful, especially around Rei and the children, but couldn't help but mope. Right now he was sitting by a window, gloomily looking outside. It hadn't yet snowed, but it was that biting icy wind that made your eyes water to just step outside. The sky was a dull, dark grey, without a trace of the sun. He hated the weather, he hated it here, he wanted to go back home.

It had been six months and kira was still in the hospital. She had fallen into a coma and the doctors had no hope for her. Because of this the hospital had taken custady of kai.
Rei was misrable as well but dident show it. She to hated this weather with a passion. She missed it being warm and sunny all the time.Rei now said on the ground playing with femi and kai. They were sitting up,kek was knocking over blocks rei would stack and femi was happly shaking a rattle.

"You never stop me now days." Bakura said in slow, accented English (or would they be speaking Japanese?) as he turned away from the window. He was trying his very best to learn the language, but wasn't getting very far. He sounded like a mentally slow child. "Me, when I... uhm... linger. Think. Mope." He looked frustrated, then switched back to the Ancient Egyptian language. "Dammit. Was that the right word? Oh, well. It doesn't matter. You get what I mean, right? I don't want to be so depressed. But this place, it's just so..." he broke off with a sigh, moving away from the window and sitting on the floor. He moved in front of Femi, studying his daughter carefully. "Do you think Bakura'd want to see me today?" The pharaoh was in control, as he always was. The ancient Egyptian spirits were in control far more often than the modern yamis. It had been well over a month since the yamis had been in full control. Still, the pharaoh had stuck around with Ember.

"So annoying?cold?bleak?depressing?" rei offered all the words "I hate the winter.....Personly I hate the summer as well. It just dosent compare...." rei sighed "I know but Im happy you try and stay happy..." she leaned over and kissed bakura on the cheak "I know you want to go back. I do to."
Ember nodded "Im sure he would.You two have been getting along better." Ember had cut her hair short in the summer and now that the cold weather was comming she was starting to regret it.

The thief ignored the rather annoying tone of the spirit of the Millennium Ring, since he knew that that wasn't true. He would do anything to stay with Rei, no matter where they were or what happened.
"Maybe when I get to see this 'snow' you people talk about, I'll have a better opinion of the winter." Bakura responded in an almost cheerful tone. He hadn't been able to understand how fluffy, frozen rain could fall from the sky. "Is there anywhere we're going to go today?" "He still hates me, though." The pharaoh pouted. He looked exactly the same, identical to how he always looked. Since being forced into a much lower class than he was used to, and being unable to boss people around, he had gotten a lot less serious, and was usually so expressive that it was comical. "But, yeah, not as much as before. Will you go with me to see him, if you haven't anything better to do?"
[Would they all still be staying in that mansion?]

((No bakura wanted to move out rember. Rei had bakura have there own place.))
"Well I dont have anything planned. Is there anything you would like to do?" rei asked as she stacked up the blocks for kek to push over. "Well It is supost to snow tonight..." she said.
"Nope I got nothing better to do.I can go with ya.I need to find my scarf though..." ember said.

"Tonight, that's good." Bakura mumbled to himself. He patted Femi's head warmly. "But as for today, I don't have anything to want to do. Most things involve going outside in some manner and I don't want to go outside."
"I'll help." Atem said cheerfully, immediately jumping to his feet and looking around for her scarf. "Hey, wanna have a bet for when we go see them? I want to see how long it'd take me to piss Bakura off. Nah, thats too easy to do..." Atem was now just speaking to himself. "I'd have to set some boundaries. No touching him, because all I'd really have to do would be punch him in his face. He'd have to be angry enough to hit me, and bonus points if I can do it without him continuing on past a one-punch attack. I would have to be able to calm him down immediately afterwards, though."

"You really want to die?" Marik had become thoughtful about the whole thing. He and Ryou were sitting across from each other at the table, and Marik was studying the boy closely. "Even though you've just recently gotten that nice little son and you've got Ki--" "Yes." Ryou didn't want to hear her name. He matched Marik's gaze with a steady look of his own. "Why do you find that so hard to understand? I just want for you to kill me. I'm too weak, I... I can't do it myself." "Hmph. Fine." Marik tossed his head. "You said it, you can't take it back. But I'm going to give you a week, Ryou. You get one last week to say any goodbyes you'd like to, get it contact with whoever, and then It's over. No, boy, don't argue with me. Get out of here now. I'll see you in one week."

Femi cooed and offered her rattle to her father.Rei smiled "Ok.I'd rather stay inside anyways."

"Just about anything can be made into a game." Atem said with a bright smile, then searched his pockets. "Ah, here it is. Well, I'm ready to go if you are." Bakura took the rattle, lightly tapping Femi's nose with it. "Inside is generally better."

Rei smiled as she wtched femi giggle. Kek had crawled over and was now trying to give bakura his blocks "He wants you to stack them" rei said.
"Alright" ember said slipping her coaton and wraping her scarf around her neck.

Bakura gave Femi her rattle back and began to stack the blocks for Kek.
"C'mon, c'mon, c'mon!" Atem was as impatient as a child and practically dragged Ember out and down the street to get to Bakura's house.

Femi giggled and shook her rattle. Once the blocks were stacked kek pushed them over them laughed and claped looking up to his father."ok now stack um agian" rei said chuckling "I'll go get there lunch ready."
Ember laughed as she was dragged along "ok ok"
