It's actually naturally possible to have blue skin. Most people have at least a little tinge of blue under their nails, near the root(for healthy adults it's often purple). And skin tends to turn blue when one is suffocating or otherwise is not getting oxygen into their bodies(especially around the nails and the lips). Cold also causes cyanosis-the medical term for blue skin.

I recommend Dove moisturizer. if you want to get it fresh, go to a park, take some breadcrumbs, scatter them on yourself, then sit very, very still. also good if your hungry.

I'm in the program to know about this ^_^;
There's even a conditon where your skin gives off a pale green pigment(it would even make you have green blood!). And most know about the yellow skin condition known as jaundice...Everyone's born with it ~_^
