It was with incredible control that stopped Bakura from taking a hold of this girl and ravishing her right there. He was attracted to both sexes, as he was not ashamed to admit, but for some reason-- and perhaps it was the affection the other Bakura had for her-- he needed to be with Rei. Just for now, of course. In a swift mental movement that made his Millennium Ring only shimmer lightly from underneath his shirt, he banished the thief to the Shadow Realm to be alone for now.
Pulling Rei into a tender embrace, he kissed her back. "Yes, it really is. Let's do each other the favor of not getting hurt in any way so that we can further avoid that damned place." He said, pulling away, a light smile warming his face. He closed the door behind him with his foot.

Atem, who had been the one to call for the ambulance, was torn between staying at the hospital to make sure Kira was going to be all right, and trying to find Ryou. He had seen Marik leave with the boy, and was sure no good would come of it, but wanted to be sure Kira was going to be okay.

Kira had gotten out of sugery a while ago and was resting in a bed. she had a reperator that was helping her breath and lots of IV fluids running threw her. She looked like crap.

Atem got tired of looking at Highlights for Children and approached the nurse's station, telling the nurse there that he was a friend of Kira and wanted to know if she was awake and if he could see her yet.

The nurse told him the room number of kira but that she wasent awake yet.

Kira was resting quietly in the bed. all you could hear was the soft beeps of the machines around her.
