No it was the general consensus of the crew.
I gave him a temporary ban because he had hit his second offense.
He was actually trolling me, so was Shane.
Difference is Shane admitted it.

If your going to take a job that is so interactive with member (rule enforcing) then you can't swear at them.
You'll become a liability to the crew, and it'll be us that will have to step in and put out your fires.
That may be why he elected to remove you.
I'm not sure if that's true or not.

I work from behind the scenes though, whereas general, normal crew approve stuff.
That's why you see all of the crew members voting for snowy.
You guys prolly think she's a useless tramp.
But we can see the crew forum, and thus, know she's useful.
