Zadina nodded "Just a little sword will do me because I'm not strong but it's just a little extra defence you know?" he said edging away from Seph slightly since she was in a scary mood "I can protect everyone better this way" he said.
Oassu chuckled "Well maybe but he's getting very good at it now" he said glancing at the mirror "That's because it's ice...but it's doing a good job surprisingly" he chuckled.
Mari smiled "Well Seph how did Itaka do anyway and how was your match this morning?" she said glancing at Hebal "You'd best take Zadina and be off if you wanna catch Gil's match" she said.

Hebal nodded hopping up behind Zadina and scooping him up onto her shoulders "Really sorry to interrupt you two right now but we gotta go now to catch Gil's match followed by Mari's about 10mins after. Was nice too see ya again Elithana and it sucks we couldn't spend more time together" she sighed giving everyone a wave goodbye while carrying the elf off. "Good luck with the fight Mari, hope you did well Seph and since the stalls safe" she quickly added stopping so Yusti could catch up and show them where to go.
Seph grumbled a few words under her breath and sat down on the nearest chair "I managed to get through my match without any problems. The person I was fighting got all cocky trying to pull of all the fancy moves from the crowd and as a result wasn't paying enough attention. Itaka's was going ok from what I saw but then I got told to go away and next thing you know Hebal attacks from the sky" she explained stroking her tail.

Elithana gasped in surprise at just how easily Hebal was able to lift Zadina up "I get what you mean, magic is good and very useful but theres a limit to what you can cast when an enemy is at very close range, I would recommend the first thing you do is learn to defend yourself from being captured by your friend" she laughed.
Felina scratched her head then proceeded to tap the ice mirror "It's melting but considering how sunny it is I'm surprised that its lasted so long as is" she remarked playing with her hair "Hehe I'll see you guys later and don't worry Seph, we can keep you company or go tell Itaka where you are if it makes the job less boring" she offered deciding against stopping Cid from trying to tunnel into Oassu's shirt.
Yusti frowned realising she was being left behind so bowed to the members of the group who stayed behind then flew on ahead of Hebal and Zadina "you could have given me a little more warning when you were going. Anyway follow me and I'll take you through the shortcut so long as you don't mind a few dark places"

Oassu giggled as Cid dived into his shirt "H-hey that tickles..." he said squirming as he tried to get Cid out of his shirt "B-but yeah we'll t-totally keep you company i-if you like" he laughed.
Zadina nodded "That's right you need to show us to the super magic VIP area where we can get in!" he remembered hanging onto Hebal "I'm sure we can see her later if we really want to you know?" he said to Hebal stroking her ears to cheer her up.
Mari nodded "I bet you did great in your match and Itaka will be fine I'm sure" she said sitting down "I need Yusti to get back quickly though if she's to look after Sophia while I'm away" she said "Should probably change back into my armour too" she said.

Seph sighed rubbing Sophia's head "Theres a changing room there so you may as well go for it. If you end up seeing Itaka when you go to the arena could you tell him where I am and if Yusti isn't back soonish I'll just look after her until you get back here" she offered tilting back on her chairs back legs using a post behind to keep it steady. "It's kinda funny how we all ended up fighting around the same time.
Hebal giggled giving one of her ears a good scratch "Hehe I don't know what it is but theres something really tickly about that ear today. It's settled we shall go and ambush her later on in the day and I don't mind dark places. Just get us there on time and we'll love you forever and you can be an honorary member of out group Yusti"

Felina frowned noticing Elithana standing around on her own now with nobody really to talk to "Hey sis you remember Seph don't you? She was fighting in Yithra too with me and is doing super well in the tournament. Finished both her matches without needing to go to the judges" she informed her hoping to get her more included within what was left of the group then turned back to Oassu and removed Cid finally from him. "I think that means he likes you, that or you provide a nice warmer place than my bag"
Elithana nodded slightly impressed by Seph's ability to stay so well banlenced on just 2 chair legs "Yeah I remember you, you've not exactly got an appearence someone could forget no offence. A little birdie told me you did rather well in that battle in Yithra so it doesn't surprise me that you are doing ok in the tournament" she politely told Seph.
Yusti slowly nodded directing them away from the arena somewhat and more towards the competitors area "In that case we are going to be going through via the wine cellar. It's the quicklest route into the VIP area though it does smell a little bit" she muttered stopping by a metal trapdoor embedded into the bottom of the arena wall then bent down while searching for her key

Oassu smiled patting Cid "Little scamp just wants attention I guess still shall we go see something else just now then now that we've visited the stall?" he suggested "Could probably go watch a match or two ourselves you know?" he said.
Zadina frowned "Don't we need to register for the VIP area or something? I was told I'd need proof to show I'm royalty you know?" he said idly tickling the ticklish ear of Hebal's
Mari nodded leaving Sophia on the chair to stare at Seph while she went to change into her armour "Itaka should be out soon right? What time's your next match at since we'll need someone back for then?" she asked.

Seph snickered staring back at Sophia then stuck her tongue out playfully "Well... my next match was going to be at 12.15 but the matches got a bit delayed so mine has been moved until a 2.15 slot but preferably could you not be away for too long. theres still a few things that I would like to do "you looking forward to your match? Your opponant has a reputation for being quite a fast one" she warned shuftung her attention towards Elithana. "Thanks for the compliment miss. I heared stuff about you being quite a good fighter yourself. You should have entered the tournament I think"

Hebal raised her eyebrow watching Yusti unlock the door then put Zadina down onto his feet guessing there wouldn't be a high enough ceiling where they were going "I thought you needed to as well but you do have something on you that you can use right? I totally didn't notice this place, would it not be easy to sneak into the arena this way?"

Felina scratched her chin thinking over Oassu's idea "We could watch some but it would mean less time going shopping but why not. We have all day to do that and Elithana only has a couple of hours with us so let's go to the matches" she agreed unaware of Cid waving his paw around while back on her shoulder hoping for a high five with Oassu "Hey Elithana, we're going to check out some matches are you going to come to?"
Elithana shrugged deciding not to tell the demon how once upon a time she had entered "It would be good to be in the tournament but unfortunately it would just be to controversial back home and dad would have a complete fit over it. Although thinking about it once the kids born he might be less reluctant to complain if I did" she pondered giving Felina a nod to show she was ready to move.
Yusti waved her hand dismissively pulling the door open then stood to one side so she could lock up once her friends were in "Not likely, very few members of staff are allowed keys to this area and anyone trying to get in would have to somehow break through a solid s teel dooe. Don't worry about the forms, so long as you have the proof you can fill the appropriate form in when inside"

Oassu nodded "Sure means we'll get to see some awesome fights though we'll probably miss Gilgamesh's fight at this rate you know" he said waving to Seph before moving off towards the Arena giving Cid a gentle high-five.
Mari smiled re-emerging from the changing room dressed in her armour "Ah that's much better, as much as I like Satoshi's work I much prefer my armour, feels safer and more a part of me." she said placing her dress over the back of her chair before cuddling Sophia "Now Sophia you be a good girl for Auntie Seph and Yusti while mummy goes to fight ok?" she said stroking Sophia's head gently "You gonna be ok with her?" she asked bringing Sophia over to Seph while Ivy buzzed around her old dress "And Ivy too, come to think of it since she's not allowed either" she said stroking Ivy with her finger.
Zadina nodded looking around the dark place "This place smells funny..." he complained "But don't worry Miss Hebal I've got this royal ring with the Elven seal besides I'm sure I could find something else if nessecary." he said shrugging.

Seph nodded holding her arms out to take hold of Sophia from Mari "Sure I think I can manage so long a Ivy doesn't fall into a sugar barrel. You guys just enjoy your matches a little and focus on beating the opponant. I agree with you about Satoshi's dresses too. They are nice and stuff but they cramp my style" she added watching the sprite. "You should try entering if you can but if your going with Oassu and Felina then it was nice seeing you again" she stated to Elithana with a wave.
Hebal giggled sniffing around curious as to what Zadina was complaining about "It doesn't smell too bad to me, just yeasty and dusty" she shrugged wishing they could see more "Hey Yusti don't ya have some kind of light to see?" she asked unaware of how she almost walked into a large barrel "Rings are fancy though I think you'll be fine with that"

Elithana simply bowed at her sisters companions then moved away to catch up with the other two "It doesn't matter if we don't get to see Gilgamesh's match or not. We can always give the not so well known people a chance to show us what they can do too plus Mari won't be too long after and if we may even be able to catch the end of your other friend Satoshi's match" she told Oassu upon overhearing.
Felina smiled taking hold of Oassu's hand while they walked "Yeah what she said I guess, I don't mind so much as I didn't expect to be able to see all of our friends matches. I just hope that Seph doesn't let Ivy turn her pink with yellow spots while looking after her" she giggled glancing back at the demon.
Yusti rolled her eyes in the darkness before flipping the lightswitch on "Stop complaining so much, locking up is important and we'll only be down here a minute. See those stairs over there? We just have to go up there" she reassured them pointing out their destination "Your ring will be fine as proof if the seal is there" she added zigzagging through the barrels

Oassu smiled "Yeah it should all be good and you definitely should compete next year provided you don't get yourself hurt, I don't imagine Gil will participate next year though, he doesn't seem to me much of a glory hunter." he said
Zadina sighed "Sorry Miss Yusti" as she scolded him "But is it really true we just get in for free with this? It seems rather odd you know?" he said climbing up the stairs after Hebal.
Mari nodded seeing Sophia turn around and lean back against Seph's tummy "Ok I'd best go get ready then, Yusti should be back soon to take care of Sophia since that's really her job here but see you later!" she said waving and running off.

Hebal giggled putting her hand over Zadina's mouth making a shhhh noise "Don't go saying stuff like that, we totally shouldn't be complaining or anything and instead we should be celebrating and making use of the comfy chairs she whispered inspecting a couple of barrels curious as to what was inside "So where do those stairs lead to, directly to the VIP area or to some nearby corridor in the arena.
