As the smoke engulfs Dark, he seems to change. The silhoette of a strange creature is seen through the smoke until it slowly dissapates, leaving only the figure of Dark. "Well, that was pointless. Now, to find the dragon and my charge." He heads off quickly in the direction taken by Xavier and Hope.

((I apologize for yanking some situations out of the hands of others, but the story hasen't been progressing and I thinke we're all getting impatient.))
Location: Anara
Shade stares at the huge portal opening into the City of Crystal. Now bound hand and foot, he cannot help feeling helpless. They were about to meet Twilight once again. This time on her terms and her grounds. She holds every advantage, and soon they will know what it is she wants with them. He looks over to his two companions. One bound as he was. "Well, lead the way then, Leo. The sooner we're done here, the sooner we can leave."

(Don't worry Shade, I'm sure everyone'll understand.)
Xavier was holding Hope's now limp body in his arms: she had passed out after all the screaming and flailing, which hadn't helped her condition at all. He growled at what was left of the cloud, feeling both extremly irritated and impatient.

"Ah, found you at last. You know, for a dragon you didn't run particularly far. I expected more of a challenge in finding you." Dark walks up behind Xavier. He slowly walked between Hope and the cloud. Exhaling sharply, he slowly and deeply inhales drawing the cloud into his mouth. Soon it dissapates completely. As before, Dark seems puzzled. "Strange, there are simularities, but it is all together different. Very strange."

Xavier made a huffing sound from behind Dark. "It's somewhat difficult to do so when you have a raveing-mad person flailing like hell's out to get her.." he muttered crossly before frowning. "What is different?" he asked, glad that the damn cloud was finally gone.

((Last I knew, your character felt some sort of power surge and went off in the direction of it to see what it was. Of course that could be just about anyone at this point, so I guess just pick someone to encounter. Somethings bound to happen.))

It still tastes like fear, but it does not seem to be from this world. It may have originated from somewhere else. A completely different world." Dark stops suddenly. He seems to be thinking of something. His face breaks into an evil grin displaying far too many teeth. "It seems that at long last there is an escape option. I could leave this world to its doom and escape to another. I could regain everything. All that is needed is to find out where this world is."
