He waited for the reaction hoping she would like it.

Athena opened her eyes and stared out in awe. She giggled, then stopped. "It's wonderful! It's beautiful! I've never seen anything more......white!" she looked over on the top of the trees, loving the sight very much. Turning around to look at him, she smiled and hugged him again, "Thank you" she whispered.

He smiled at her glad that she liked it.
"Maybe you should get away from your family more often. It's always nice to have a break from normal everyday things."
He watched her for a little more,
"you wanna go back down?"

"Maybe.....but I have a need to make sure that they are always safe. You never know when one of them could get hurt." she looked at him, "I'll go down if you want too."

"One day they will have to live without you. You can't always be there for them!"

She shook her head, "I'd like to stay up here, it takes a lot off me." she smiled back at him, "Yeah I kow I'd have to leave them, but when that day comes I hope they will be mature enough to live on their own."

"I am sure they will be ready but maybe you should start leavnig them for a while at a time so they get use to it."
He wasn't sure how she would react to that it did have nothing to do with him as it is.

Athena made a face. "Last time that happened they freaked out and went looking for me. I wasn't found for like 3 days or something. When I returned everyone but Hades was mad."

Athena nodded then headed down the tree. "Mind if I go home now? I feel really.......wierd."

He watched, sadness in his eyes as she climbed down the tree. He watched her the whole time.

he watched her he wanted to go with her but not if it was going to be a problem or a hassel for her.
