But.... If I cut them off before 10 posts then it will only effect me for 5 posts So... After you use the technique it lasts for 10 more posts correct? Or did I get that confused? Heres how I got it: 20 posts used- 10 posts crippled 10 posts used- 5 posts crippled I see... Make it 15 and you'd have your arms crippled in 7.5 posts. HAHAHA...ha... ya well, that was a bit lame. Anyways, will your arms heal after a while? Edit: You know what, never mind. Cleared in my eyes. lol. Well that not a bad idea, for however long I use it, just take half of that and cripple myself, I mean people train doing 7.5 posts so it would be fair

a new technique for my new character. who is going to be a medical ninja:
Name:
Nurse’s Touch
Skill/Chakra Points:
made up technique (if taught: 500 sp)
Classification:
Healing/supplementary
Element:
none
Description:
The users precise of chakra control is essential in this passive style of medical jutsu, which allows her to up her healing properties faster and more proficiently when outside of combat.
The side effect also allows the user to use a slightly less amount of chakra (5%) with any move. will not work during combat.
If taught to another person withouth medical-nin training. jutsu decrease side effect goes to 2% and will take longer than med-nin healing outside of battle.

Meaning how fast your healing jutsu go? Or is this talking about self healing, I'm a tad confused.

ah gennin rank. itll take about 5-10 mins for a med nin to heal wounds. (depending on the wound and if there are any poisons and what not in there.) nurses touch takes about a minute off that time. (counts for self healing and healing others.)
chunnin rank the skill is rank is increased to about 1:30-2 minutes.
at jounin rank the healing techniques are considearbly faster so theres almost no point to nurses touch unless they are heavier attacks.
another soon to be made up technique (Field Surgeons Touch) will allow faster healing along the lines of nurses touch, while in battle as well as outside of it.

there isn't. it increases healing moves but there is a problem for medical ninja.
the moves in konoha are public but mainly deal with physical healing, not chakra related.
the only other healing techniques belong to Kabuto (in sound), who isnt part of a clan in the comics, but is the only person with access to chakra medical jutsu.
but they are listed as clan moves in his technique list.
those moves would aslo apply to medical ninja consider they are almost all field surgeons.

Hmmm, your technique is approved. But the Kabuto techniques, (Whose clan I'm in) don't have many chakra healing techniques. There is two that are clan, but their almost the same thing, and only Kabuto is able to do them. His self regeneration that Oroichimaru favored him for, and the other jutsu which doesn't exist, but we kept it around as better chakra control and regeneration for healing. The only one that a medic ninja would also be guaranteed to do is mythical healing hands, and that is available to all. Also, Kabuto is part of a clan, but it was entirely killed off, besides him.
