Hyana_Lotus "Not exactly true there, but with your limited knowledge I suppose that is all you know," I swing my self around the branch and jump to another to get a better viw. Oh and i suppose that you know better, thats why your not a jounin like myself, the hokage made me one for my outstanding perfomance in taijutsu and battle tatics

"Yes Taijutsu, not Chakra control," I close my eyes and a green orb begins to grow about four feet in front of my chest, "Chakra is much more complicated than you think." I put my hand behind the orb and it shines brightly. Suddenly it begins to swirl and then I snap my hand shut. It disappears, "But now is not the time to show people how."

For the first question it can be controlled, you just have to learn how to control it by trainning your body to get use to it then you'll be able to do whatever you wish with your chakra once you know your body well, and for the second question, it does stay inside your body, but you are also capable of releasing it from your body for an attack or keep hold of it by making your body store it in so you'll be able to pull it back and use it once more..... is that all?

I already walked to the lake. Focused my Chakra, and went to balance on it.

Great.... you can't balance because your not foucusing your chakra on the water, you must get yourself on the water understanding how you want it to work, your chakra must only be foucused on the water, nothing else, it must all be on the water not just half of it, all of it, try again...

I Slide my leg forward and hold my left hand out flat, like the Jyuuken style, however, my right hand, instead of being next to my hip, is also in front of my face. I pull down my hood.
Here is one of my moves. I close my eyes and the Green Orb appears again in mid air.

I try again, and still end up waist deep in water, even after trying to focus my Chakra.

I touch the orb with my index finger and second finger. It suddenly opens into a vortex and increases inside to the size of a foot ball. I put my hand inside it and direct it to the left, away from the two girls and the jounin standing in front of me.
"This is only a minute fraction of my Chakra," I say and the ball explodes. It destroys sends a huge horizontal tornado in the direction that the hand was facing. The trees were torn to shreads in a matter of seconds. I twist the pure Chakra around and it then shatters, returning to a small orb. I put the orb back in place and it disappears.
