Lacuna laughed slightly and sipped her martini more.
"Thank you kindly", she said trying not to stare any further than she already had.
She sighed and though to herself. "Why so nervous?"

*Jumps a little as he taps the back of her head, a little suprised to see him here, she looks at him as he speaks to her. Watching him as he sits down she smiles geantly before answering his question.*
Riaka:: I'm not quite sure why I came here actually...
*Looking down at the ground, she begins to fiddle with a strand of her hair again.
Letting out a small sigh, she looks back up at him, her golden eye's looking into his green eye's as she lowered her head a little. Leaning back into her chair, she looks over to him.*
Riaka:: Why did you think to come here if you were looking for me? Like you said, "I thought you didn't like these area's." If that what you though, why did you come here to look for me? Wouldn't you have chosen somewhere else where it's calmer?
*Smiles a little as she looks at him, waiting for his answer.*

*Glitch snorted a little as she asked him a question, his green eyes fixed on the smooth table surface, before he changed his attention to her when she began to fiddle with her hair again, another small smile creeping onto his face as he spoke aloud to her with a hint of laughter in his chosen tone.*
Glitch - "I did look everywhere else, this was the last place I looked before heading back home."
*His face emotion became stern again before he looked at her once again, this time he was a tad more serious, his cold eyes narrowed while he folded his fingers through his other fingers and placed his head on his hands and gave her another look of concern, though trying not to show it.*
Glitch - "You should really tell someone where your headed, before just running off you know.."

*Blushing slightly to his words, she looks down at the floor once again.
Not knowing what say, she crosses her arms as she leans onto the table, resting her head in her arms. Looking up at him she lets out a small sigh before speaking to him.*
Riaka:: ..I'm not a kid you know..
*Looking back down at the table she pushes herself back from the table as she leans back into her chair, looking over at him again she then gives him a odd look as a thought came to her mind. Leaning over to him she looks into his eye's as she gives a slight grin.*
Riaka:: Why were you looking for me Glitch? Where you worried about me?
*Letting out a small giggle she moves back into her chair. Her eye's focused on him as she smiles geantly.*

Merryn walked in to the bar and was surprised. I guess I should have paid more attention to all of those fliers, she thought to herself. There were a lot of people hanging around the bar and the main sitting areas and Merryn felt over-whelmed. Thinking she had spotted a friend or two she made her way to the bar, and as always, she was dissapointed but shrugged it off and got herself a margarita.
Swaying to the music that was playing and sipping her drink she looked around for a place to sit, preferably close to the music, and watch the strangers gathered.

Rose had to try very, very hard not to die of laughter at the sight of Aiden stuffing his face. Instead she just looked at him, smirked, and said "Hungry?" she looked over to Catori and smiled."Are you..um...magical too?" she tried to make small talk but Catori was being protective and a bit obvious about it.

Aiden tried to grin but his mouth was too full so he just nodded. "A...you're always hungry." Catori threw a napkin at him then looked back to Rose. "I am. We go to the same school except I'm a year below him." She rested her elbows on the table and tapped her fingers together. "Do you do magic?"

Thinking hard about it and swayed a little by the alcohol, Merryn decided to introduce herself to the two girls and the boy enjoying themselves at a table near-by. It can't be that hard to say hello, Merryn thought questioningly, can it? Standing up and walking over to the table she cleared her throat and and attempted to make herself known. Ignoring the boy stuffing his face she patted the girl in the pink dress on the shoulder.
Merryn- "Hi, is there a spot for me to sit here?"
Blushing a bit Merryn looked down at the ground and scuffed her shoes together.
- i'm an idiot. i knew catori was female... :swear: i swear? -

Rose felt an interrogation coming on. The bright light was on her. She had commited a crime....no! It is just his sister she assured herself. "Um, not really. I wish I could....I mean it must be extrodinary, huh? Being able to make things fly with a flick of a-" she restrained herself from saying 'stick'. "wand." she smiled, hoping not to show how pathetically nervous she was.

Catori raised a brow to her. "Yes, it is...but we can do a lot more than that. We-" Aiden gabed her in the ribs with his elbow. "Cat...quit being a damn pest." She flushed slightly and glared at him when he turned to apologize to Rose.

Rose took a deep breath. No.more.interrogation. she thought. Rose smiled at Aiden as if to say, "Thank You". She heard a soft voice and a delicate pat on the shoulder. She looked up at a girl with angelic features. She looked shy. "Oh, well it isn't my place to say if you can sit here, but if they agree-" she moitioned at Catori and Aiden, "I would be pleased for you to sit next to me." the girl looked shy, like she had a deer-in-headlights look. She smiled softly at the girl.

Aiden looked up at the girl then grinned. "Sure, if you'd like to sit with us, that's fine. Plus, it doesn't seem as if Rohan and Temp are coming back." He looked over to Rohan and Tempest who were still at the buffet sampling foods.
