maybe i lean more to power then speed and i seen a pic of him and it looks like he likes speed but lucky me i been train even harder then before now i'm wearing weights on my shoulder arms and legs plus my mid section when all i use to do was just the legs the add up weight is 200 lb
legs:50
arms:50
shoulder:50
mid section:50
and my weight is at 250 even i'll let you do the math and when i'm done i'm going to restart fighting again
