YOu know I think this is the first time I noticed this thread.
I am Ricette, I am 21 and a happy pagan. I used to be Christian but have long since turned from that. I have a few reasons but I am sure I would be chased bya mob if I stated them in public. My real name is Kacy and though now I reside in Virginia, I am a native of the panhandle of Nebraska. I have a wonderful boyfriend who happens to be a foot taller than me. Makes things interesting though we do get stares when we are in public because of the height differences. I like to read. I am a bookworm and I always have a book with me. I also love music and I used to be in choirs. Though I may have done some damage with all the soda I drink. My dislikes are cults, self-proclaimed messiahs, televangelists and televangelism. I have a penchant for chocolate and I LOVE pomegranates. Its good that I have one healthy food in my college student diet. I am nice regardless of how I tend to come off and a lot of people come ot me for help, for someone to listen to their problems and their joys. I'm pretty good at counseling and I listen to anyone who needs someone to listen to. I also love horror films.

Hey, I'm new to Gaia. My name is Scott. I'm not usually into anime sort of stuff but a friend invited me to join, and this place is kind of addicting! I'm a 21 year old university student studying Philosophy & Religion and Psychology, beginning to think about Seminary and/or grad school, and I'm also the webmaster of a new Christian apologetics and theology website - www.warrantedfaith.org
I have a passion for studying and teaching the Word of God, and seeing the lost get saved. I love meeting new people so please feel free to friend-invite me if you wish! I'm an extremely friendly person, despite how I may sound sometimes on my website or in blogs. I am just very conservative and can be very upfront in defending biblical Christianity.
I get the feeling that most of the member-base on this website probably consists of teenagers, which happens to be my target audience (for the most part, at least). So I must admit I'm going to feel tempted to want to teach or "preach" at times, because I am very concerned about this "cultural Christianity" today that has strayed so far from the historical, biblical Christianity that was taught by Christ and His disciples, as well as the church fathers and some of the greatest teachers and writers throughout history. So if I do make such posts (rule permitting of course), I hope that many can benefit from them and will give them an honest ear, and I hope that I can learn from many more as well.
And I'll be looking for those friend requests! wink
