They appeared as always in her private room, both of them instantly making a puddle of water from the rain. Her ears were laid back and her tails were almost like whips. She growled t oo, only really half aware now that she was soaked and that her clothes were sticking to her and showing off her curves more than usual.

"Hold on, I'll warm us and dry us up." He went to do his usual flaming fists, but his entire arms were engulfed in the brighter than normal purple flames. "Huh, that's odd. Anyway, come and give us a hug." He smiled and winked.

He woke up, his arms wrapped around her. He was definately glad to be home. He kissed her brow gently, and brushed a bit of hair from her face.

She snuggled into his hold, purring as she hugged him back. "So, how did you like meeting my parental units?" She asked, feeling Kage slink back in her mind. He had been oddly silent, the usual cutting comments nowhere to be found. She wondered absently if he was sick.

"Of course they like you. They like you a lot more than they do some of my siblings' previous spouses. A LOT more." She said after a thoughtful pause. Maybe something was wrong with Kage.
