Kaje stared at the room before him, wondering what to make of it. He wasn't sure what possessed him to do so, but he opened the lid, fingers hesitating on the keys before pressing down, dinking out some strange melody.
Whatever he did seemed to work, but when he looked down at his hands... Had he really played that bad?
Fingers still dripping with blood, he headed towards the unlocked door, pushing it aside to find what he had sought. In the end, he supposed, it was worth it.

Lyzzi arrived at a parlor next, and the thing that stuck out to her the most was the piano. She tried the handle of the door, only to find out that it was stuck.
For some reason that made her want to play the piano.

Lyzzi wondered if something was supposed to happen.
And something did happen; something swung out at her from the darkness, knocking her to the floor. Music flooded her ears as she blacked out.

The Blue Rose. It still held an enchanting name to her, even if she knew what lied within was nothing but the bones of a dead building.
Luckily, when she put a little elbow grease into it, clearing the rubble wasn't so hard! Painful, sure, but little pricks were nothing in comparison to the blessings awaiting her.
And then with a large swipe here and there, the rest was cleared! Pleased with herself, the little shadow continued on her way, her footsteps light and echoing in the empty inn.
Hmm, maybe if . . .perhaps . .. yes! The three notes seemed to work, though Rostym gave a soft cry when she realized her hand was bleeding at the fingers. That was new.
Nursing it to her chest, she ghosted through the newly opened door, snatching the blessing after a quick prayer to the goddesses.
