Ninja who are two stages above a certain rank, cannot get AC from sparring with weaker ninja.
(Ex. A Jounin will not be rewarded AC when sparring with a Genin.)
Right off the page. Says nothing about lower going up. So unless it's an unwritten rule.

Flame: You get AC, but Haru wouldn't. Since a Genin would definitely learn something by sparring with a Kage xD
