Your body moves instinctively to land easily. It feels as though you've been doing this for years. The tree is old and dead. Probably shouldn't stay on it long.
Desta:
You see Shi'ita dip down below the window's viewing angle.
Laci & Jasmine:
Tellat looks between the two of you, confused.
"Which one is true?" she asks. "Or are they...?"
You feel that she wants to ask if they're both true, but each is only part of the truth, or they are based on the situation. However, the words do not reach her muzzle: she stops talking, still looking utterly confused.

I place my finger lightly over my lips playfully and give out a laugh. I start playing with one of my tails as I give her a reply.
"Well... sometimes, there's no way to know for sure! The world is full of mysteries!" I say excitedly as I try to find some water and a means to heat it.

After pausing on the branch for a short amount of time, Shi'ita takes flight back into the air, deciding to try just one more thing for the time being. Using the crossbow he'd kept with him while in flight to see if it could be fired and any recoil that would be caused by it. He looked around for something to use as target practice.

As I notice Shi'ita fly downward, I hop to my feet and lean slightly out of the window to try and see him further.

Laci nods to what Jasmine is saying, but her gaze focuses on a wall. She thinks about how she got there, how they all wound up here. It was all very strange.

You notice a fairly advanced pulley system near the tub. If you look closely, there is a latch that will let the bucket hanging near the ceiling fall into the hole behind the tub. One would assume that this hole led to a water source. However, there is only one way to find out! Though, getting it back up could take some time if only one person is pulling. Thankfully, the bucket looks like it should be able to get a decent amount of water in. You estimate about seven bucketfuls will be enough. There is place beneath the tub itself where you can light a fire to heat it up.
Shi'ita:
Being that your wings are attached to your arms, you find that you have to stop flapping with one arm, while the other works overtime. This turns out to be rather ineffective, however, leading you to the conclusion that flying crossbow attacks will have to be quick and hope for the best, or not be done.
Desta:
You see that he is on a tree. He then takes off and flies up. He tries to fire his crossbow midair, but simply can't.

As I am watching Shi'ita, I decide I want to get out and do a little workout myself. I look down along the wall below the window to see if there is any place to keep my footing...

One can't really fly and aim, though... that doesn't mean one can't carry, he thinks to himself as he stops trying to use the crossbow and just fly around with both wings now. After a little bit, he flies back towards the window he'd opened with Desta's help.

"Sitting around here sucks! Maybe I should try my hand a shooting some more... Wait, even better I'll shoot while flying! Didn't bat boy say something about that anyway?" I say aloud, and grab my crossbow, and head to the castle court yard to see how hard it would really be to shoot and fly.

I attempt to retrieve water form what I assume to be the well I spotted, though I also had seriously wished someone also told me where the wood was.
"Don't worry, the real answer doens't matter much, it's all based on outlook!" I say cheerfully to Tellat.

Desta is looking down at the wall, as if trying to find out how far down it is. And it's a LONG way down!
Selphie:
You easily make it down to the courtyard. After a moment, you get into the air. When you try shooting your crossbow, you succeed in aiming decent, seeing as your wings are on your back, leaving your arms free to do what is necessary.
Jasmine:
"Oh, okay," Tellat says.
She still sounds confused, but not quite as much. When you get the first bucketful back up, you find that the bucket has withstood the test of time: it let hardly any water out on the way up! Only six more to go!

I smile, happy that I have an all right aim with my crossbow in flight. But the real question arose, can I reload it? So I try reloading my crossbow while flying.

I was just about to step out onto the spot where I noticed I could put my foot when Shi'ita landed beside me. I quickly glanced up toward him and smiled rather sweetly. "I was thinking about it, but I decided I should maybe exercise a bit before crashing." I then look back down at the spot and try to maneuver around Shi'ita so I can step onto it, still holding tightly to the window ledge as I go.

It's a little difficult, but you manage it after a moment. You find that the main problem is getting your paw into your quiver without tossing all of your bolts in the process.
Desta:
You easily manage to squeeze past him and get your hind paw onto the spot without knocking him off of the window sill.
