"Sir! I've received word that there is another Inuzuka in the Snow Village. She is a Jounin, and I think she would be able to train me and him more in our art."
A small smile spread on her lips as she patted the giant wolf at her side on the head. Kiya looked at the Hokage with excitement in her eyes. There was no way the Hokage wouldn't allow her to take hold of this amazing opportunity!... Right?

Noctis had gone and sat down at his desk when someone walked into his office. They then proceeded to walk out and then knock. He found it quite odd but he didn't say anything. It was that genin that had just graduated. She was asking permission to go to the snow village to be trained. She seemed very excited but he had to be the Hokage. He looked at her putting down his paper work."Sorry I cannot let you go." He told her bluntly which was the best way he thought."You are fresh out of the academy and Genin are not allowed out of the village without a chunin or higher escorting them." Also even though the Snow and Leaf were allies now that could not always be the case. The Yukikage would have to first allow the genin to train and then order the jonin to train her. Ordering a jonin to train genin of their own village is one thing. But making them train a genin from another village is something totally different." Before I was Hokage, I remember a case where someone from the Snow came to Konoha to ask to be trained. The Hokage then denied it, I'm sure sending you there now would end up in a similar scenario."
[Why do you make shinobi in one village just to go train in another XD I remmeber when you came as a Yuki Shinobi and tried to train here razz ] [ Or be crushed underneath it! ]

How could that be?! How dare he not allow her to become stronger, to reach her full potential! Kiya's exterior instantly became the stone cold thing it was the very first time she came into the Kage's office.
"Well then." She said in a cold voice. "I guess I'll just become a chuunin." She said, a cold stare on her face, though, it was directed at nothing in particular. "So, may I become a chuunin of the Leaf? I'm ready to battle whomever it takes to show you that I'm ready!"
Her last sentence had the determination of an ox. She clenched her fist, she would take on even the Hokage himself in order to prove to him that she was ready. Sure, she was a fresh genin, but that didn't mean she couldn't be ready. And she wasn't saying she would win against the Hokage, but she would atleast be able to land a hit... Maybe even two!

Noctis continued to listen to the girl as she changed her voice from before. Is this how she responded to being denied something? She needed to learn that you don't always get what you want in the world of shinobi. When she finished speaking Noctis released some extra cold in his aura. The very air you breathed out turned into vapor and chills would begin to run down your spine."The only thing you have shown me is that you are a child, who reacts negatively when they are denied something."He was speaking the truth. If she really wanted to show him she was ready to be a chunnin she would have thought about how her attitude reflects who she is."Becoming a chunin is more than just fighting power, Once again your inexperience shows." The Hokage spoke calm but his voice was void of emotion. If he needed to be mean to get her to understand so be it. Its better than having her be killed in some mission because of her inexperience."You will not be a Chunin anytime soon, You will first meet the requirements as everyone does."
[Its fine I just find it odd that you make a character just to go and train in another village, and sorry Noctis had to deny you it Just wouldn't make sense to send a genin across the world alone especially since you became a genin like 2 days ago. Besides, even with allies villages aren't that friendly with each other.] [ Or be crushed underneath it! ]

Her own burning passion of Katon Jutsu was the only thing that was keeping her from being completely crushed by the Hokage's Jutsu. A cold stare that, until now, had gone unmatched, was thrown at the Hokage, but, a determined smirk was playing it's way across her face. After a long pause, and a small battle of wits, Kiya spoke.
"...Alright... Well then, I'd like to invite you to play a game with me. It's a very special game that I would be honored if you played it with me." The smirk on Kiya's face was growing into another of her determined smiles. "So Hokage, what do you think? You have enough spare time to set a young ninja in her place?" A chuckle escaping her.
Kiya didn't realize that her attitude may have been coming of as slightly rude. That was clearly not her intent what so ever, yet, she couldn't help it. She was excited, and, all she wanted to do was prove, and even redeem, herself in the eyes of her beloved Kage.[[ That's fine. But I just did that 'cause I wanna see how Kiya would do in a fight. And, well, me and you seem to be the only active ones in the village whenever I'm on atm. o.o ... Not saying that no one was active, just, not when I am. lol. (Plus, I think it'd be really cool if he played the One Touch Game. x3 It's were stronger ninja will have weaker ninja try to land a hit on them. -Shrugs.- Just thought it'd be fun. =3]]

Noctis looked at sighed at the girl, she should probably stop wasting time and do missions or train more. She probably doesn't even realize he is a clone because the real Hokage went out for a walk a while ago."I suppose."Noctis made another clone so that the clone could do paper work while he was gone.

It didn't even occur to her that this was a clone, besides, who could expect to have a Genin know about a nearly perfect Kage clone. Anyways, Kiya again hurried out of the office, grabbing onto the doorframe to stop herself, Kiya hung her head back in.
"Meet my in the Forest, I found the perfect clearing."
With that, she raced out of the building towards the forest. There, she would await at the edge for the Kage so she could better explain the rules. This was going to be fun. Even if it was a clone, for a Genin to beat even a Kage clone in a game of One Touch would surely get her the admiration she wished for from the Hokage.Exit

Noctis was walking through the halls of his office, thinking over what the clone had sent him. That one girl Kiya wanting to go all the way to Yukigakure to train? Even though they were allies, they wouldn't just cheerfully accept training another villages shinobi. He then looked upon the ruins of his bench outside his office. Remembering the giant boy who had ruined it. He then quietly walked into his office, just to see the his children and their mother sleeping in a chair. The room was a bit chilly because of him so he removed his Hokage robe and gently covered the kids with it. He looked up at the sleeping eclipse and gently brushed a little hair out of her face with his hand.He leaned forward and gave her a soft cold kiss on the forehead. He sighed gently as he took a seat and made the clone there disappear. As he took his seat, he didn't know what else to do really. He himself wanted to fall asleep but there was still things to be done.

Noctis smirked at night's slip up, she was doing it more and more often now. He nodded at her and went back to his paperwork. Stamping this and signing that it was so boring he wondered what could happen in the village that could entertain him. He turned and looked at night after thinking that and chuckled to himself and turned back to his work.
