D&D was the ORIGINAL RPG, and the precursor to all of the console role playing games we love so much.

I hear rumors that there are still select groups who engage in the ancient art of DnD

while ive never played the game before, i noticed a book on it a while back with a sharp-lookin white hardcover & a semi-transparent slipcover. it was then that i noticed that the pull-quote on the back was by vin diesel.. he apparently did the foreword for the book.

haha yea... i first heard rumor of that little tidbit when mr. diesel was on conan o'brien & was goaded into talkin about how much he spends at card/hobby shoppes a month... i forget the amount but it was alot 3nodding

i thought it was just a little joke they were playin of course, so i dismissed it all... i mean, vin diesel, the viciously slick murderer in pitch black, the ruthlessly cool street racer in the fast & the furious, as immersed into the wide world of fantasy as the petite and effeminate elijah wood + fellow hobbits? no sir, i think not!

how wrong i was....

He's a cool guy, and people should take lessons from him.

He basically does exactly what he wants to do, what makes him happy, and doesn't care what others think, say or expect. If anti-stereotypism had a mascot, I think Vinny D would be it.
