Nikolai smiled a little. "I have been able to do it for a while now...that and it seems to be close by which made it easier." Following Misaki, he also pulled on his boots then stood up again. "I think I will have to depend on your magic to protect me again now that the sun has risen."

No problem, Misaki said with a cute giggle before replacing the charm over the man. She stood up and stretched her arms high above her head. Let's go, yeah?

Nikolai smiled then nodded to her, moving first out of the room and picking up his key that he had left on the counter. He then opened the door, a little slowly at first, and let her go first.

Sammie the Cricket Slayer He took her hand, squeezing gently and looked pain for her, his pale face sheened with a mix of anger and sympathetic hurt.
"Was it recently? Or did you pull this lovely thing out for reminiscence sake? Because if the wound is still open, I'd be more than willing to open another to rival it."
HE didn't hint at violence and vengence, he broadcast it, but in such a calm, genteel manner, resting an ankle on the opposite knee, as calmly as if he'd suggested a game of charades.
"Would you like to get something to eat with me before we do this?"

He smiled gently in return, and nearly nodded, when he remembered he was still fairly foul from being sick earlier.
"I would love too darling. But I need to wash up first. Besides, I'd hardly want to ruin how beautiful you look by standing with you like this."
He stood up and held a hand out to her.
"Would you like to come downstairs to wait with me? It's messy, but it's far from unspeakable."

Nodding, Aurora grasped his hand delicately and stood as well. "That sounds like a splendid idea," she chimed as she smoothed out her dress. Turning towards where she figured the stairs downward were, she waited patiently for Lucius to show her the way.

He led her gently down to the basement which was, very clearly, male-inhabited. There was to be no doubt whatsoever about this fact. It was still sparsely furnished, and the majority of clothes that Lucius owned were scattered across the floor. He'd had the forethought to clean up from his drinking escapades before coming upstairs, so that that, at least, wasn''t lurking under a shirt of pair of pants somewhere.
He guided her to the bed to sit down and kissed her hand, gallantly.
"I'll be done quickly. There isn't much that's not meant for chemical enhancement, but you're welcome to anythign you should find that you'd like."
He winked, and turned to slip into the bathroom for a quick shower.

Laughing deeply, the princess let her eyes soak in everything in the area. It truly, honestly was, a male's home. Running her fingers along the fabrics of the bed, she eyed the kitchen area and stood to make her way towards it.
Picking her way through the clothing, Aurora fished quietly through the cupboards and ice box in hopes of finding something small to snack on with a strong drink. Finding a nearly empty bottle of something that smelled of alcohol and maybe fruit, she poured what was left in a glass and settled back down onto the bed with it; forgoing the snack idea in the process.
Taking a small sip of the drink, she tilted her head in the direction of the bathroom door and called out to Luc: "I take it you had an interesting night, then?"

"That's one way to put it," he said, kicking the door open a crack so that they could still talk, "Another way is that Tristian's disappeared on me again and I got some company from the bottom of a bottle."
He skimmed his pants and boxers off, either oblivious or apathetic to the quarter-open door, and flicked the faucet on, adjusting the temperature.

Barely even interested in the open door, Aurora brushed a curl from her face and sighed audibly as she took a longer drink from the glass. "That sounds familiar." Tapping a nail against the texture of her drinking utensil, she reclined onto her free hand and gazed up at the ceiling. "It's not very comforting to know that everyone, no matter their living status, have issues of the heart."

He laughed gently at the play on words, ducking his head under the water upon climbing in.
"Indeed. This would be the second time in what's been an illustrious career of broken hearts that mine's been treated this way. And it's just as hard the second time around. Maybe harder, as much as I've changed since Ophelia."

"It's because we change that our hearts get treated as such multiple times." Finishing off her drink, Aura set the glass down on the floor next to the bed and leaned back onto both elbows. "Are you meaning to tell me that someone as yourself wasn't always perfect?" Smirking lightly as she said this, she tipped her face towards the door in hopes that Lucius would see she was mostly kidding.

"On the contrary," he said, laughing lightly. He didn't notice her leaning towards the door, running a soapy rag over his arms, quickly, "In my opinion, I was perfect before I met that damned breeder. She ruined me, and made me feel for someone other than my brother and sister."

Training her eyes back on the ceiling, the tall blonde laughed with him. Kicking a leg over the other, she smiled to herself and nodded. "Women will do s**t like that." Closing her eyes, and leaning fully back until she was laying on the bed, Aurora clasped her hands lightly over her stomach. "We're filthy creatures."

He'd finished, and shut off the water, sstepping out of the shower. He snapped a towel up from the floor, shaking his head.
"Hardly. Between you and my sister, I'm surrounded by the most beautiful, wonderful women that any God could have fashioned. No other could compare to your grace, or Bianca's."
